What have YOU done for Kurdistan TODAY?

My dear friend Sahin Agribas, spent most of his life helping other Kurds and as he succeeded in business he advised, trained and helped others to do likewise

However successful Sahin became, he always had time for other people

It was Sahin who helped to start and ran the Kurdish community centre in Croydon

It was Sahin who used to put up the sign in the community centre:

What have YOU done for Kurdistan TODAY?
I miss my dear friend Sahin Agribas may he rest in peace =((

Shame on You

You who have done nothing to support Kurdish Unity and Freedom

You who have fled to other countries and turned your back on all those you left behind

You who have done nothing to spread Kurdish culture, food and music to members of non-Kurdish host communities living alongside you

You who reside in countries where freedom of speech exists without fear of imprisonment, torture and death

You who should be campaigning the hardest for the liberation of Kurdistan

You who have condemned your children and you children's children thereafter to lifetimes of servitude beneath the feet of your oppressors

Think not of your failings but of a future where your descendants will be proud to call themselves KURDISH and do something

Sadly, the answer is not a lot =((

Do you share you wonderful culture with your non-Kurdish neighbors?

Have you ever shared your food with your non-Kurdish neighbors?

Do your men spend most of their free time sitting in coffee shops?

Are your women left isolated?

Fortunately, young Kurds are making friends with members of the host communities while they are at school and college :D

Have you taught your children Kurdish History?

Are you proud of yourselves when you sit and do nothing for KURDISTAN?

What have YOU done for Kurdistan TODAY? :-w

Yes YOU who are reading this :-\

What have YOU done for Kurdistan TODAY?

Kurds have been enslaved for more than 100 years :((

Kurds are known as the largest nation without a country of their own

Time has come to change that while there are still some Kurds left

Are you proud of being Kurdish?

Do you want your children to be Kurdish?

Do you teach your children Kurdish history?

Do you speak Kurdish, play Kurdish music, watch Kurdish films

Or...

Are your children indoctrinated by Turkish TV?

Shamefully, some Kurds sit their children in front of TV leaving them watching Turkish TV X(

Are you happy to live under suppressive Turkish, Syrian or Iranian occupation?

Do you want your children to be known as Turkish, Syrian, Iranian or Kurdish?

Is there anything you have actually accomplished recently that you are proud of?

If so PLEASE post information on this form :ymhug:
