I am so proud of myself. This was my idea. It came about when I read a claim by a KRG official on a KDP website when the financial crisis strated in Kurdistan. He claimed the financial crisis would go away when oil price reached above $50.00/barrel. My fisrst comment was this in Kurdish: 'کەرە مەتۆپە بەهار نزيکە'=Jack Ass don't die from starvation spring is approaching.

After a few days I came back to the same site to do my second comment about a cashless electronic money to overcome the financial crisis and erradicate ghost employs. The idea was that KRG would issue cashless electronic money, equal to the ammounts of money Baghdad owes to KRG, to the bank accounts of each employees. Each employee would be issued with a debit card with his or her finger print to collect his/her wage. The idea idea of finger print was to prevent fraud or ghost employees.

At the moment it seems KRG wants to use the idea only to prevent fraud. But I hope it uses the idea for the main purpose, to overcome financial crisis by issueing cashless electronic money equal to the ammounts of the money Baghdad owes to Kurdistan. In this way, this electronic cashless money becomes like gold supported money.

Today I did NOTHING for Kurds. and I am happy of that for I am so angry with them since October.

I try to inspire/motivate Kurds as my many friends have done

Sadly most Kurds seem to not have grasped the severity of the situation:

If you do not live in Kurdistan

Learn the local language of the country in which you live

Make friends with your neighbours - invite them to share in your parties/celebrations

Learn Kurdish History

TEACH YOUR CHILDREN KURDISH HISTORY/CULTURE

Sadly, Sahin is now unwell - Sahin, who has spent so many years helping fellow Kurds,
needs your kind thoughts and prayers that he may spend the next 40 years helping others

My friend Ari has done more than any other person I know to raise awareness of Kurdish issues, with his many posters, examples below. His web and social media sites

His visits to ALL Kurdish regions and other countries sharing his love and knowledge of Kurdistan. A country that many of his ancestors and friends have fought and died for. One he himself is prepared to die for.

Kurds with continue to be KILLED by armies of occupation

I am sad to announce the passing of a dear friend Sahin Agirbas

Sahin Agirbas was only in his mid 50s much to young to die

I had known Sahin since he was a teenager

He always had time to help other people

My love and deepest sympathy to all Sahin's lovely family

Especially to Ozgur who put love and happiness back into Sahin's life

To Sahin's 4 older children: your father is forever in my heart and in my dreams. He was a part of my life for well over 30 years

To Sahin's younger son: You were Sahin's gift from God

I had no idea how ill Sahin was. I believe Sahin kept his illness from me because he knew I would be devastated. He was correct, I am devastated

My love, my sympathy, my best wishes go out to you all

Sahin's demise is a great loss to his family, friends and the community he did so much to help, advise and support

Shame on ALL those who sit back and do nothing
