Kani Yilmaz, who is wanted by authorities in Turkey, is expected to be deported in the next few days.

Demonstrators gathered in the middle of the night to protest about the arrest of Kurdish guerrilla leader Kani Yilmaz. He was detained by immigration officials late on Wednesday after the Turkish embassy in London said it was unhappy that he was allowed to visit Britain.
He is being held at Paddington Green - London's highest security police station while arrangements are made for him to be deported.

The Kurdish Information Centre - who represent the PKK in Britain - say they will not give up their protest until the decision to deport the PKK leader is reversed.
