The curtain of religion and the chains of betrayal!By: a voice from the Holy ZagrozBrothers and Sisters of the Mountain,
Children of the sun of Zagroz,
The fire protectors of the forgotten
,I stand not as a bitter slave in front of you, but as a messager of truth.
We were waiting for justice, but in the end we founded emperors, we were waiting for justice. But in the end we find ourselves alive in the chalk of the amfalas, we must speak today, openly and with the sword of the Kurdish Zagroz.
For centuries we Kurds have been betrayed, not by religion itself, but by those who claimed the flag for building their empire on the ashes of our civilization.
The Arabian Khalafa came, they were moving Quran with one hand and sword with the other hand. They were talking about brotherhood, talking about one nation under the name of God. But when they reached the gates of our mountain villages, they saw us as brothers, Zahid, Kafr, Zardashti, Yarsani, Yazidi.
They saw a nation to be enslaved, not to be embraced. They built their roots on the top of the destruction of Kurdistan, we erased our names from the pages of history which they wrote in their own language.
Then the Turks came after, the Seljukes, the Ottomanis, the Kamalis, the Erdogan Ekhwanis they called us "Muslim brothers" while they walked through our lands, burnt down our villages and banned our language and abolished our identity cards.
They built mosques on our mountains, not to free our chains, but to chain them up. They used Mullahs and mosques to silence the people. They were praying in the Anfal Surah over our graves, at the same time they were trying to bury our culture alive.
And the Persians, our neighbors, once relatives in old memories! They wrapped themselves in the cloth of Islam, just to sharpen them like a tigh. From the safawi to the Ayatullahs, they offered us unity and poured us out at the same time.
They betrayed our poets, they turned our intellectuals into captives, they turned our faith into fear.
They were all talking about Islamic brotherhood. But what is brotherhood without justice? What is justice without truth?
Their religion is not like a light, but like a weapon they use and bring it. Not as a way to God, but as a pure instrument of mind to eradicate Kurds.
And they had the audacity to call our liberals "rebel", while other than the screams of a nation defending their memory, their prestige, their right to exist, nothing else.
Let me be clear: we are not against any religion or ideology until it is a threat to our existence!
We are against the empire that hides behind it.
We are against the false prophets who are in Tehran, Ankara, Bakhdad and Sham, who are lying and disgraceful on the other side, persecuting the nations and massacre trying to erase them.
Islam meant to be saved from it? Not colonialism. Was it meant to protect the oppressed? ,not silence them. However, every time a Kurd stood tall, they accused him of foolishness. Every time a Kurdish mother used to speak Kurdish language, they said "Islamic Union" would put her in danger.
But we know this fact:Our people before Mecca knew its name, they used to pray in Kurdish language to the sun.
Our hearts were blessed before any mosques were built.
Our prophets long before any calabash draws a map, climbing mountains.
We reject the political sword hidden behind its curtain.
Even now for Arabs, Turks and Persians, I say this:
If you truly believe in God, stop sharing his children.
Stop using his name to erase our name.
I say to the Kurdish youth, wake up.
Open the book of our past. Read Anobanini's abstracts and Kat Murcel, the gods messages of Zagroz that live a free life and a free country.
Create a world that appreciates both the reality and the memories of our past.
Don't be sent to the name of God to Arabs, Turks and Persians.
You are not only the remnants of the emperors, you are the symbol of civilization and the disaster.
Let's stand up now, not only with weapons, but with ideas. Not only out of anger, but also out of clarity and wisdom.
The mountains are re-electing our songs.
Kurdistan is not a dream. It is a universal covenant with the earth, a memory, a return home to glory.
And no empire, no religion wrapped in chains, will ever stop it again.
Long Live Kurds and Kurdistan!Long Life and Blessing to the Kurdish People!Ari Horki
