Tomjez/Piling/Diri

I went back to check on the forum and all I saw in the remains of the topic I had started were immature 'jokes' and pictures by tomjez, with the rest joining in. Well, if there is a "Moderation Group" I think it is fair to say they lack all moderation and maturity. I guess you guys have talked yourselves hoarse with such good arguments that you can now turn to just insulting PKK and Apo in the same predictable way you've been doing from the beginning...In fact, you guys are MUCH more boring than any PKKer I have ever met.

Your collective contribution to this question is akin to that of a plundering soldier - they pick up a few things they can use, soil and confuse the rest, and blaspheme the whole.

Nishtiman... It was YOU who wanted ME to have a little sense of HUMOUR...

And now you are acting like a little child...

For somebody who is supposed to be very "balanced" and "nuanced" (as Dilshad would put it) you lack one thing: tolerance to hear others thoughts - if I wanna say that the King of Norway is a horse sitting on his dung - I can do that - I live in a democracy - If I wanna say Apo, Barzanî and Telebanî sit in the barn drinking horse piss - I can say that (I'm realy not... Just hypothetically)... Get it? So stop acting like your favorite regime - the Turkish government... Ain't gonna be no sencorship here... :P

Nistiman!

Would you stop your childish remarks! I mean Piling was right to mention that you were a YOUNG member! And you Cheryl, come on, it's a funny picture,...no?

Now, Diri, TOmjez and Piling let's go play with our marbles (nos billes en francais)....I really like the ones with the pictures of a donkey with apo's head...

I mean Diri who's the child here? Two or three grown up playing with pictures or two members of this forum coming with concerns and asking the moderator to do his/her job!

What is the point of this anyway? Tom posted a picture... I didn't even MENTION the picture in any of my posts - I totaly ignored it...

And let me know why you don't react when Telebanîs picture is posted and made fun of? And how about when they make fun of Barzanî - doesn't bring the same feelings does it?

And your post was arrogant, again... Tone it down - will you? You are in danger of sounding wannabe-adult...

When did my favorite regime become The Turkish government Diri? I think you mistake me for Tomjez who hoped the Turkish military would crush the PKK. But that is probably too obvious a hint for your subtle mind...I'm curious...From which of my comments were you able to make such an astute, profound revelation? Because I expected a little maturity? A little decency?

And tell me, if there is no censorship here, why the hell is there a Moderation Group? Is it for decoration?

One thing though... YOU have "mentioned" that Nishtîman is "young" and YOU have "mentioned" that I am "young"...

And the "adult" thing would be to take this up with the person privately...

I don't understand why I am even mentioned in the title here...

Is it a crime to say that "kon" sounds like the same as "con" and that "Kon-Kurd" then would be "Fake-Kurd"? Come on... "Have a little sense of humour" Kurds who grow up in Norway just have this type of humour - I didn't see you protesting when Nishtîman said Kurds raised in France had YOUR type of humour...

No, I was just joking... Sorry if that offended you...

The moderation group's job is to make sure nobody makes PERSONAL attacks on any member of the forum - and that is just what is happening here... The Moderation group, doesn't even care if you were to swear (but not at a member)...

you don't need to apologize to me, diri, i didn't take it personally.

But I found your explanation very high minded. Wow. So this forum is Really evolved. The personal, vindictive attack to some Joe on the forum will be censored but not attacks that can potentially pit one Kurd against another and that totally stand in the way of dialogue?

I think tomjez - who can remove the pictures - Piling, you and whoever else is on the "Moderation Committee" - who can urge that the pictures be removed - should try to make this forum an inviting place for all Kurds.

I've heard of you object to people criticizing Islam, Kurdish values, etc..etc..

Well since you're so keen on applying "Western, democratic values" you should also try "Consistency" ... in other words, you suffer from "Hypocrisy"...

I wonder if you'd react the same way if the same pictures were shown with Barzani Nemir...?

A political or public persons, whatever he is, leader, singer, actor, etc., when he exposes himself to power and celebrity, exposes himself to jokes, satyres, and caricature.

Moreover some of of these pictures (but one) had been published and then approved by PKK media... First it is impossible in their team to admit that some pictures are funny, or bad, or that their venerated leader makes grimaces... I remember some one told when he was in press staff, he said : "not this picture, the President's hair is mess." Indignantly reactions : "How could you say a so such thing against our President ???" "Ok, very nice like that, let's publish it."

So if you think that these portraits are ridiculous, it is because you had not killed the Black Fascist in you... :) and you have reactionnarist and feodalist eyes...

All leaders are caricatured in the world. YOUR leader (who is not the best champion of humanism), does not deserve a specific treatment.

For example, this one had been published by Stern. But who gave it ? Probably Özgür Politika in Köln or Mezopotamya they have all the pictures of his speeches :

You can say it is a lack of respect because he seems an idiot. But why there are so much pictures like that in PKK sites and press agencies ? All of us could seem very stupids in certains pictures, all the leaders, too, they are human. But media never published bad pictures. Just the PKK press, because the Sun of Humanity is PERFECT ALL THE TIME.

Read what I said just before that post... You are basically repeating what I said...

High minded?

I don't understand why you are getting angry over a picture... The PKK put them out - they would naturally discard those they didn't like... And they like this one... :)

I am not part of the Moderation group - I am just trying to help you with some answers... I didn't utter support nor did I show resent for the rules...

I don't understand what you mean with:
I've heard of you object to people criticizing Islam, Kurdish values, etc..etc..

Critisizing A Muslim isn't the same as critsizing Islam... And critisizing A Kurd isn't the same as critisizing Kurdish values... Come on - you know better than that - I thought you would agree that there is no "one Kurdish value"... Diversity is our best weapon...

.

And the monkey photo comes from Kurds who don't like Apo, so it's Kurds opinion. I think this forum should host every opinion. And I think those who should be angry are the monkeys actually

And it is a revenge for all the people who are sick of the PKK and are too afraid for telling it loudly ... Much Kurds came already to congratulate me for that, because they could not dare themselves...

So the bottom line of this entire exercise is revenge. Not discussion, but simple revenge.
