FATWA: "THE ISLAMIC FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF IRAQ"

Peyamner.com revealed that Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani issued a fatwa stating that the future Iraqi state will be called “The Islamic Federal Republic of Iraq.”

On 10th of July, al-Sistani had issued another fatwa in which he stated, “The Iraqi constitution must not contradict with Islam.”

Al-Sistani, who in the past has stated that he would not get involved in Iraqi politics, daily issues decisive fatwas on the way the Iraqi socio-political system is to be shaped, which has so far meant that al-Sistani, has practically overridden the work of the committee that is responsible for producing the new Iraqi constitution.

It has also been noted by observers that the Shiia bloc uses al-Sistani as, what has been termed, a “pressure-pump”. Whenever the Shiia bloc wants to impose an issue over the Iraqi Assembly and the Kurdish bloc, they request al-Sistani to issue a fatwa. As it is known, “Fatwas” are non-negotiable.

Let a Kurdish Imam issue a Fatwa saying Kurdistan will be independent NOW...

when you say Federal , means the Federal Governemnt can have its own law.

what if we in Kurdistan Ferderal Gov, dont want to have any Islamic law ?

just imagine, tomorrow , KRG orrders every kurd to be zoroasterian (just imagine) and we make our laws against islam...

so how can we call this iraq Islamic ?

that "Islamic " in the title , has no meaning , it just shows that the majority of the currect iraq are muslem...

but should we mention all of the iraq's adjectives in the title?
like "Islamic Fedelal Iraq With Turkmen Minority" ?

adding an Islamic word shows that they want to have a government like Iran

currectly just Iran and Afghanistan has "Islamic" Republic. (well afghanistains' system is diffrent now) but you know Hakim While a go said he wants iraqi ellection system to be like Iranian system
(in iran clerks choose NOminees among Nominees and tell ppl to vote for who they had chosen ...and those Clerks who choose who ppl can vote for are set by "Great Ayatollah Khamaeneyee" ...in iraq Great Sistani would Filter them....)

Dyaoko - I know you don't think so and that you are just translating their "names" but those men are the SMALLEST men on earth - They aren't worth shit and neither are their words...

And if you want to have all the names of "Iraq" - it should be:

"Arabic Kurdish Sunni & Shia Islamic Federal Republic of Iraq" - As the constitution says there are only two people who are official in Iraq - Kurds and Arabs...

But whatever...

Hmmm - What is silly is this STUPID Fatwa - Do you know that other Iranians STILL have the right to rape and kidnap Kurdish girls - and that they have the right to "Take" from Kurds - because Xomeini sent a Fatwa when he came to power in 1979... And Fatwas are unbreakable - so they "last" for ever...

I GRAND AYATOLLAH DIRI SEND FATWA THAT KURDS WILL BE INDEPENDENT BEFORE 2010!!!
