REMEMBER:

About 100 years ago Palestine contained

8% Jews and 92% Palestinian Arabs
When the UK decided to give Palestine to the Jews for a Homeland

Since that time the Jews have been like a plague across the land frequently killing Palestinians and stealing their lands

Every week on Arab media sites, I have seen Jewish attacks taking place on innocent Palestinians, homes burnt down, children shot by snipers as Jews seek to take over yet even more of Palestine

NOTE:

The Israeli forces are refereed to as

    Israeli occupation forces
An occupation force is a force that has taken over someone else's land

I think that says it all

Israel targeting Jabalia a war crime

According to a statement by UN experts, the targeting of the Jabalia refugee camp is not only in violation of international law but also a war crime

The Palestinian Health Ministry revealed in its latest report that the number of martyrs in the ongoing Israeli crimes across Palestine exceeded 9,000, including 3,760 children, 2,326 women, and 32,000 people injured with various wounds.

"Attacking a camp sheltering civilians, including women and children, is a complete breach of the rules of proportionality and distinction between combatants and civilians," the experts stated
The statement also explained that "time is running out" in order to prevent genocide in Gaza.

"We remain convinced that the Palestinian people are at grave risk of genocide."

The experts, pointing out that the situation in Gaza has reached a "catastrophic tipping point," cautioned about the impending health risks and the urgent need for food, water, medications, gasoline, and other necessities
The Israeli occupation continues its aggression against the Gaza Strip for the twenty-seventh day in a row, committing bloody massacres and tightening its siege on the Strip.

Local media reported that the occupation committed a new massacre in the residential neighborhood separating al-Khulafa al-Rashidun Square and al-Hoja Street in the center of the Jabalia refugee camp, where the occupation aircraft bombed an entire residential square in conjunction with heavy artillery shelling, which led to several martyrs and wounded.

Meanwhile, civil defense crews are searching for people still under the rubble after a house belonging to the Anbar family was targeted, while 19 people have been reported killed so far.

Ongoing massacres

Earlier on Wednesday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza reported a new massacre by Israeli occupation forces in Jabalia, located in northern Gaza.

The spokesperson for the Civil Defense in Gaza confirmed that the Israeli occupation forces bombed a residential area in Jabalia, resulting in a significant number of casualties, including many who are still trapped under the rubble. This marks the second massacre committed by the Israeli occupation in Jabalia in less than 24 hours, with entire families among the casualties.

Concurrently, Israeli warplanes also carried out airstrikes on the Martyrs' Roundabout (al-Falouja) in Jabalia and a house on al-Alami Street within the Jabalia camp.

According to reports, victims were transported to al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Str

US $14.3bn aid to Israel

The US House of Representatives approved a $14.3bn aid bill to 'Israel', despite warnings against the bill. The Republican measure was approved by 226-196, including 12 Democrats and two rejected Republican votes

On that note, Senate leader Chuck Schumer slammed the House bill as "deeply flawed", adding that the upper chamber of Congress is not expected to pass it. Moreover, US President Joe Biden has vowed to veto the bill "should it ever land on his desk."

It was the new Republican House Speaker Mike Johnston's first major legislative plan, which included $4 billion for the Israeli Iron Dome system.

Republicans proposed slashing $14.3 billion in funds for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), which is in charge of collecting US federal taxes, to balance the expense of aid to "Israel". However, the neutral Congressional Budget Office (CBO) stated that the proposed IRS funding cuts would result in less tax income and would increase the US deficit by roughly $12.5 billion over the next decade.

Two days ago, Biden had already warned that he would veto the bill if it were to be approved.

On that note, House Republicans introduced a separate supplementary spending bill exclusively designated for "Israel" on October 30.

The move contrasted Biden's call for a more comprehensive $106 billion package, which would cover aid for both "Israel" and Ukraine, provisions for increasing provocations against China in the Indo-Pacific region under the pretext of enhancing cooperation and bolstering security along the US-Mexico border.
US military aid to "Israel": Here's what to know

This comes after Biden was ramping up military aid to "Israel" to pave the way for a “swift, decisive and overwhelming” response against the Palestinian Resistance, as the White House was requesting an additional $14 billion in support from Congress - most of which was meant for weapons.

The US military claims to have prepared 2,000 personnel and a range of units on a heightened standby for potential deployment to "Israel". However, defense officials stated that the forces are not intended to serve in combat roles and are tasked with advising and medical roles, but some could enter to support Israeli forces.

Two aircraft carrier groups, USS Gerald R. Ford and USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, have already been sent to the region, which includes one missile cruiser, at least two destroyers, and dozens of aircraft including jet fighters alongside around 5,000 servicemen and women.

US not mediator

According to Craig Mokhiber, every individual in the United Nations knows that the possibility of a "two-state solution" is not a valid option for peace

During an interview with Sputnik following his resignation, the former Director of the United Nations High Commissioner of Human Rights, Craig Mokhiber said that the United States is not playing the role of a mediator but that of a party in the aggression on Gaza, standing by "Israel".

"Part of the problem is that for years you had the United States and Europe put out as mediators in the conflict. And that has always been a gross misrepresentation, we have to recognize, for example, that the United States is a party to the conflict on the side of Israel," he said, noting that billions of dollars in military aid and intelligence are being given to the Occupation.
"That provides diplomatic cover, including in the Security Council, to prevent any action to hold Israel accountable," he continued, adding, "It's just an illusion to suggest that they can play any other role."

Mokhiber went on to say that that applies to Europe as well.

"As we've seen in the recent onslaught in Gaza, instead of seeing European leaders standing up, including the leaders of the United Kingdom, and of the European Union, standing up to defend human rights, we've seen them stand up to defend the aggression, the gross violations and the breaches of humanitarian law that Israel has been committing in the occupied territories," he stated.

'Two-state solution' not sustainable

More importantly, according to Mokhiber, every individual in the United Nations knows that the possibility of a "two-state solution" is not a valid option for peace.

"You know, in the UN, you have this kind of a smokescreen. Everyone in the corridors knows that there is no longer a possibility of a sustainable two-state solution... Yet, if they speak in public or to journalists, they just keep repeating the mantra of the two-state solution. Everyone in the UN knows that the Quartet had effectively not existed and yet they refer to the Quartet."

He continued to describe the current situation as a struggle between an "occupier and the occupied" and between the oppressor and the oppressed, "between one of the most powerful states and militaries in the world on the one hand, and dispossessed and disempowered, civilian indigenous population on the other hand," he said.

'Turning a blind eye'

According to Mokhiber, international human rights organizations recognize "Israel" as a system of apartheid, which "has been affirmed by every international human rights organization, Israeli human rights organizations, Palestinian human rights organizations, and by a number of UN Human Rights mechanisms."

However, no action is taken and the repercussions are given a blind eye.

"And yet in the approach of the United Nations, the political side of the United Nations, all of this is ignored," he said.

This comes after Mokhiber sent a letter on Tuesday to Volker Turk, High Commissioner for Human Rights, resigning in protest due to the UN's perceived inability to prevent the ongoing genocide in Gaza.
"This will be my last communication to you," Mokhiber wrote in his resignation letter to the UN high commissioner in Geneva, Volker Turk on October 28.

"We are seeing a genocide unfolding before our eyes, and the Organization that we serve appears powerless to stop it," he added. Mokhiber has expressed concern over the unfolding genocide and called for efforts to combat apartheid and establish a single, secular, democratic state in historic Palestine based on human rights for all its people.

Russian Emergencies Ministry

The Russian Ministry Emergency Situations reveals plans to deliver 28 tonnes of aid to the Gaza Strip amid the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Strip

The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations announced on Friday that it would send two planes to Egypt at the request of Russian President Vladimir Putin to deliver 28 tonnes of humanitarian aid to Gaza residents.

"Two aircraft of the Russian Emergencies Ministry will deliver 28 tonnes of humanitarian aid for the population of the Gaza Strip ... Russia's humanitarian aid will be transferred to the Egyptian Red Crescent Society for its further delivery to the Gaza Strip," the ministry said in a statement, adding that the shipments include medical aid, among other things.

Earlier on Thursday, Russian Security Council Deputy Secretary Alexander Venediktov said the case of Ukraine demonstrates that the US will profit from greater escalation in the Middle East, adding that “We all know about the Americans' years-long work to undermine global peacekeeping efforts and counter the rapprochement of the positions of the sides in the Palestinian-Israeli confrontation..

This comes after Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzia, affirmed that "Israel" is an occupying state and has no right to defend itself, calling for an end to the bloodshed to avoid expanding the scope of the crisis to the entire region.

Nebenzia also stressed the need to allow the mediators to work on finding a "diplomatic solution, including the immediate release of prisoners." He believed that a diplomatic solution would have to be found sooner or later, but the question was "How many innocent people will die during this time."

Humanitarian situation 'focal point'

During a meeting of the UNSC, Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN, Vassily Nebenzia, emphasized the need to hold "regular open briefings" on the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip. The diplomat stressed the need to make the humanitarian situation a focal point of the UNSC, reiterating the need for an immediate ceasefire that the United States opposes.

Nebenzia underlined the United States' role in paralyzing the UN body's adoption of an immediate ceasefire. "This polling situation has also been close due to the US position the Security Council has essentially been paralyzed and has still not been able to adopt a resolution with an immediate ceasefire."

Israel bombed ambulance convoy

The Health Ministry Spokesperson says the Red Cross was informed of the moving of the convoy in accordance with international law

According to the Health Ministry in Gaza, the Israeli occupation forces have targeted an ambulance convoy departing from al-Shifa Hospital heading to the Rafah border crossing.

Ashraf al-Qudra, the Health Ministry Spokesperson, stated that the Red Cross was informed about the moving of the convoy in accordance with international law.

Al-Qudra maintained that the IOF targeted the convoy "at the gate of the hospital and then at the Ansar square, the occupation targeted the convoy in more than one location outside Al-Shifa hospital."
Palestinian media earlier reported that the strike led to dozens killed and injured.

While the Israeli forces claim that they targeted a vehicle used by a Hamas cell, close to a battle zone, footage from the scene of the massacre proves that these "operatives" were mainly children.

The IOF have previously targeted ambulances, as well as hospitals, committing numerous massacres against the people of Gaza, with a death toll that has surpassed 9,000.

Yesterday, al-Shifa Hospital Director expressed that electricity has been cut off in some sections of the hospital due to fuel depletion.

Following Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's meeting with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken in "Tel Aviv", various Israeli media outlets quickly reported, citing Netanyahu's office or sources within it, that the decision to deny the entry of fuel into the Gaza Strip remains unchanged.

Electricity, clean water, and fuel have all run out, and there are no medical supplies or lifesaving treatments. Dozens of hospitals and medical centers have been shut down, meaning that patients have to be transferred to the remaining hospitals, which are already overcrowded
The World Health Organization said on Thursday that it was nearly impossible to transfer medical supplies to hospitals and criticized the absence of safety guarantees for sending humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.

According to the WHO, the Palestinian enclave's health requirements were increasing at a time when its capacity to provide them was decreasing.

Over the previous two weeks, the UN health agency has been able to get 54 metric tonnes of humanitarian aid into the region, but they announced that this would not even come close to meeting the extent of the need.

WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus stated in a press conference that the organization will do all it can to ensure people in Gaza can access the life-saving services, adding that the current situation makes it "almost impossible".

Israel massacre on refugees in school

The Israeli occupation commits a new massacre at the Osama bin Zaid UNRWA School in the northern Gaza Strip, killing several and injuring many more

The Israeli occupation committed a new massacre by bombing the Osama bin Zaid UNRWA school, in al-Saftawi area in the northern Gaza Strip, which has been welcoming displaced people since the start of the Israeli aggression against the Strip for 28 days now.

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip indicated that the school, affiliated with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), houses dozens of displaced people.
Palestinian media reported that the Israeli airstrike resulted in the martyrdom of 10 people and the injury of 28, according to the Indonesian Hospital.

The Indonesian Hospital also reported heavy bombardment as part of the occupation's continued targeting of hospitals in the Gaza Strip.

Moreover, the occupation intensively targeted the vicinity of Al-Quds Hospital, west of Gaza, and the gate of Al-Shifa Hospital, which resulted in another massacre.

    — Al Mayadeen English (@MayadeenEnglish) November 3, 2023
In this context, Hamas issued a statement condemning the ongoing Israeli crimes and slamming the "Israeli occupation’s massacres against the three hospitals of Al-Shifa, Al-Quds, and The Indonesian" as "heinous crimes for which we hold the US and Western capitals responsible."

Calling the crime heinous and premeditated, the statement revealed that dozens of people were killed and injured and many ambulances were damaged.

This, according to Hamas, reveals that there is an "Israeli Nazi plan to fully devastate the medical sector in the already blockaded Gaza Strip."

"We hold the US and the international community responsible for these massacres due to the shameful silence of the US and its open support for the terror of the Nazi-Zionist occupation," the statement stressed, warning against more massacres targeting civilians and medical facilities.

95% Gazans lack safe drinking water

UN voices concerns as Gaza's water needs are currently only 5% fulfilled, imperiling the lives of 2 million Palestinians, half of them children

Palestinians are queuing for extended periods to access tainted water they suspect is causing their health issues, which might lead to death.

Lines of individuals waiting to fill jerry cans have become a common sight in the region due to the growing scarcity of water. This scarcity is a consequence of a total Israeli blockade on Gaza. Electricity, clean water, and fuel have all run out, and there are no medical supplies or lifesaving treatments
None of the water pipelines from occupied Palestine into Gaza are operational, and there is a leak in a pipe connecting the southern towns of Rafah and Khan Yunis, as reported by the UN.

'My kids have been suffering'

Eman Basher, a teacher, posted on social media that her children had become sick from consuming polluted water as "Israel" has cut off any access to clean water sources in Gaza.

“My kids have been suffering from stomach flu with symptoms including abdominal cramps, vomiting and diarrhea, which I always assumed is the normal result of sleeping on the floor or change of weather, just to learn that it is caused by contaminated water we drink daily and queue for hours to get,” said Basher.

“We’ve been drinking this water for 15 days and fighting to get it,” she added

The UN reports that a mere 5% of Gaza's water requirements are currently being fulfilled. Aid trucks from Egypt, which arrived on Wednesday, brought sufficient water to sustain 15,000 individuals for a single day. With over 1.4 million residents now displaced in the area.
Just a humanitarian band-aid!

In the best-case scenario, this inadequate relief acts as a band-aid, but all too often, it is deployed inadequately and belatedly amid the ongoing genocide in Gaza. The act of besieging an already vulnerable territory exacerbates the damage, making any aid in the form of biscuits, water, and shrouds insufficient for adequate recovery. A humanitarian catastrophe is imminent, potentially resulting in the loss of thousands of lives many of whom are children.

Gaza has been facing water access challenges since "Israel" imposed a blockade in 2007, which led to groundwater sources getting polluted due to overuse. The situation has deteriorated further as "Israel" tightened the blockade last month
Fuel shortages have hindered Gaza's desalination plants from operating at their full capacity, affecting water supply to homes and transportation by trucks. Additionally, sewage treatment plants are inactive due to fuel shortages, resulting in wastewater flowing into the sea and further contaminating the coastal aquifer.

According to James Elder, who represents UNICEF, a significant number of individuals can only access brackish water.

“Gaza’s water production capacity is a mere 5% of its usual daily output. Child deaths – particularly infants – to dehydration are a growing threat,” he said.

“If there is no ceasefire, no water, no medicine?’ said Elder. “Then we hurtle towards even greater horrors afflicting innocent children.”

Exclusive: European diplomats
    contacted Hezbollah following speech
Sources confirm to Al Mayadeen that several diplomatic entities have contacted Hezbollah, following Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah's speech, inquiring about possible ways to attain a ceasefire

Several “European diplomatic entities and others contacted Hezbollah in Lebanon,” after the speech of its Secretary-General, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, yesterday, according to Al Mayadeen sources.

The sources confirmed that these entities have inquired "about the positions of Sayyed Nasrallah," specifically with regard to "how to attain a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, and the open possibilities that Sayyed Nasrallah spoke about."

Yesterday, Sayyed Nasrallah, in his speech, proclaimed that "What is happening in Gaza reveals the direct American responsibility for all this killing accompanied by US hypocrisy, and it also reflects the brutal and barbaric nature of the usurping entity that they planted in our region."

He also affirmed that "Washington is entirely responsible for the ongoing war in Gaza, while "Israel" is merely a tool for execution, stressing that “America is the side preventing the cessation of the aggression against Gaza and rejecting any ceasefire decision."
As a matter of fact, the Americans are the ones running the war in Gaza, according to Sayyed Nasrallah, "which instigated the Islamic Resistance in Iraq to initiate attacks on the American occupation bases in Iraq and Syria,” describing it as "a wise and courageous decision."

Also addressing the Americans, Sayyed Nasrallah said, "You can stop the aggression against Gaza because it is the aggression you unleashed, and whoever wants to prevent a regional war must hasten to stop this aggression."

In a stern warning, Sayyed Nasrallah declared that the Lebanese Resistance is ready for any eventuality, saying, "All possibilities on our Lebanese front are open and all options are on the table, and we could resort to them at any time," adding, "We must all be ready for any scenarios that may arise."

    — Al Mayadeen English (@MayadeenEnglish) November 3, 2023
An all-out war is a realistic outcome

Moreover, and addressing comments assuming that he will declare in his speech that Hezbollah has officially joined the battle, Sayyed Nasrallah affirmed that the Resistance in Lebanon already joined in the battle on October 8, just one day after the launch of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood on October 7.

Emphasizing the strategic importance of the Lebanese front, the Resistance leader stressed that "what is happening on the Lebanese front today is very crucial, impactful, and unprecedented in the history of the entity."

He described the situation on the southern Lebanese front as a concealed but potent confrontation, saying that "since October 8, the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon has been waging a real battle that is only felt by those who are actually on the frontlines on the Lebanese-Palestinian border area," highlighting that Hezbollah's current battle is "distinct in its conditions, objectives, measures, and targets" from previous periods.

Sayyed Nasrallah provided insight into the tactical shifts prompted by the Resistance, stating, "The Lebanese front has significantly drawn off a large part of the Israeli forces that would have been directed against Gaza, pulling them toward us" and declared that the developments on the Lebanese front will not be left at their current state.

Sayyed Nasrallah addresses the Americans: You can stop the aggression against #Gaza because it is the aggression you unleashed, and whoever wants to prevent a regional war must hasten to stop this aggression. pic.twitter.com/LoxhrVV9kk
    — Al Mayadeen English (@MayadeenEnglish) November 3, 2023
He highlighted the implications of a passive stance, saying, "If our stance was merely political solidarity and demonstrations, then the Israelis would be at ease at the northern borders and their forces would have proceeded to Gaza."

The leader of Hezbollah accentuated the military pressure exerted by the Resistance in Lebanon, saying, "The Lebanese front has succeeded in luring in a third of the Israeli army to our border." He noted the caliber of the forces engaged, revealing that "a significant portion of the Zionist forces stationed on the northern front are elite troops" and added that "half of the Israeli naval capabilities currently positioned in the Mediterranean are off the coasts of Lebanon and Haifa" and away from Gaza.

Continuing on the same point, Sayyed Nasrallah highlighted the strategic impact of the front in Lebanon, pointing out that it is unequivocal, as it forced the Israeli occupation to deploy a "third of its army" away from Gaza and toward the northern Palestinian border.

He also revealed that Hezbollah's operations pushed Israelis to push "a quarter of their aerial forces near Lebanon and direct almost half of their anti-air systems toward the Lebanese front."

New Israeli massacre on Refugee Camp

The Health Ministry spokesperson reports that the wounded were lying en masse on the ground outside the emergency department of the Indonesian hospital

The spokesperson for the Ministry of Health in Gaza, Ashraf Al-Qudra, confirmed shortly after midnight that 47 individuals were martyred, and several have been wounded as a result of the massacre committed by the Israeli occupation in Al-Maghazi Refugee Camp.

Al-Qudra noted that a significant number of serious injuries had accumulated on the ground outside the emergency department of the Indonesian Hospital: adding that the majority of the martyrs and wounded from the Al-Maghazi massacre were children and women.

Tragically, the ministry specified that among the martyrs was a 10-day-old baby of the Abu Aweimer family.

"Israeli crimes against the health care system of the Gaza Strip resulted in the death of 150 medical workers and the destruction and failure of 27 ambulances," al-Kaila said in a statement published by the Palestinian Health Ministry

The Health Minister also reported that 16 hospitals and 32 primary healthcare centers had to cease their operations due to Israeli strikes
The Israeli occupation continues to bombard residential areas, hospitals, ambulances, UN schools, as well as vital infrastructure in the Gaza Strip amid a stifling blockade that has banned the entry of vital resources, such as fuel, food, and medicine, with the health sector being seriously jeopardized by the stifling siege.

24 massacres in one day

The spokesperson for the Gaza Ministry of Health said on Sunday that the Israeli occupation has committed 24 massacres in just the past 24 hours, resulting in 243 martyrs as the aggression on Gaza continued for one month now

"The occupation set a record in the number of massacres committed, in which children and women were killed," Ashraf al-Qudra said, pointing out that "it has been conducting a genocide and ethnic cleansing for 30 days" since the start of the aggression on October 7.

He noted that the number of martyrs has risen to 9,770, including 4,800 children and 2,550 women.

Due to the violent Israeli bombardment and complete blockade, approximately 16 hospitals, 32 primary care centers, 27 ambulances, and 105 medical facilities have been damaged or went out of service.

Sounding the alarm on the collapsed health sector in Gaza, al-Qudra said that "hospitals in the Gaza Strip are completely incapable of providing any health services and have only a few hours left" of fuel supplies, urging all relevant parties to secure a safe passage for the flow of humanitarian aid, including fuel, to Gaza."

In terms of residential buildings, Israeli airstrikes have destroyed 8,500 homes and 40,000 residential units, with an additional 220,000 units sustaining damages. Additionally, 88 government offices and 220 schools, 60 of which are now out of service, have been affected.

The correspondent of Al Mayadeen to Gaza reported that the health situation is "extremely critical" amid the risk of epidemics spreading in the Strip, noting that "there are hundreds of missing people still under the rubble, with odors emanating from the decomposition of bodies, even in mass graves."

The head of the International Committee of the Red Cross IRCR sub-delegation in Gaza, William Schomburg, warned on Friday that the organization did not have the heavy equipment or bulldozers needed to assist people trapped under rubble in the Gaza Strip.

In a more recent statement, the international humanitarian body confirmed in a statement that "the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip has become catastrophic," stating that "we have not witnessed anything like this since our permanent presence since 1967."

The committee also pointed out that "Gaza hospitals are on the verge of complete collapse, and surgeries are performed without anesthesia."

indifference to Gaza genocide

The US and its Western allies' indifference to the Gaza genocide calls for a whole new global order

Is a new world order conceivable in the wake of the United States' biased rule-based system, which failed to approach and confront global issues impartially and find a way to support and do justice to oppressed and marginalized nations?

The urgency to replace the current global system with a multipolar framework that is equitable, just, and nondiscriminatory has increased dramatically since the US put all its weight wholeheartedly behind "Israel" in its barbaric attempt to occupy Gaza by force
According to media reports, there is mounting evidence that "Israel" might be toying with the idea of pulling off a grand-scale ethnic cleansing operation in Gaza. However, it's not the first rodeo when it comes to considering such an operation.

In reality, "Israel" has had such a plan for Gaza since 2007, with the US giving it the green light. The plan aims to kick the bucket and send the whole kit and caboodle of Gaza's population packing to the neighboring Egyptian territory of Sinai.

This plan has been criticized as a case of history repeating itself, harkening back to "Israel's" mass expulsion of Palestinians from their homeland at "Israel's" inception in 1948. However, the existing world protocol does not have an inbuilt justice system to prevent Israeli aggression against Palestine.

Strong condemnation is necessary for the ongoing hostilities in Palestine, particularly the ethnic cleansing by occupying forces in Gaza. Nevertheless, in violation of their own protocols, the US and its Western allies have neglected to condemn the heinous acts perpetrated by "Israel" in Gaza and have made no effort to promote peace in the region.

The US and European Union, in a bid to achieve their narrow political goals, have in fact supported and are shielding the occupying forces in their brutal assault against Palestinian civilians, women, and children to achieve their political goals.

Push for a new system

It appears that a new world order, which will take the place of the US-backed system, is gaining traction, and world leaders have started to call for a fair international protocol to stop the injustices carried out by powerful nations against the weak.

Due to "Tel Aviv's" barbarism in Gaza, which brought attention to the flaws in the current system on a global scale, the idea has recently received more attention. Several countries, Palestinians included, experience marginalization and oppression as a result of the US and its allies' partial approach to international affairs
The current situation in Gaza, during which the US provided support to the Israeli occupation, has further heightened the imperative for reform. A positive development was President Biden's call for a unified world and a new order last month.

Russia has illuminated the imperative nature of a multipolar framework. The American-centric perspective is no longer viable. It is time to establish a system that is impartial, equitable, and devoid of prejudice. The protracted human rights abuses in Gaza, coupled with the insincere acquiescence of influential nations, propelled the emergence of a new global order
Russian reaction to Biden’s proposal

Russia has strongly reacted to US President Joe Biden’s speech at a campaign reception last month, in which it referred to the US engagements in foreign crises in Ukraine, Taiwan, and "Israel", stating that the "world order" of the previous fifty years was "running out of steam" and that America needed to "unite the world" in a new order to forge peace. Biden asserted that the US possesses a genuine opportunity to foster global unity in a manner not seen in quite some time and to increase the likelihood of peace rather than the probability of war.

In response to President Biden's address, Dmitry Peskov, the spokesperson for the Kremlin, informed reporters that the "American-centric" vision has become obsolete and Washington can no longer serve as the center of a new world order.

"We hold a different viewpoint on this point, as the US, irrespective of the global system they referred to, signifies an American-centric world order—that is, a global system centered on the US. It will no longer be that way," Peskov observed.

The war of words

The war of words between the US and Russia mirrors a widening divide between the two global giants, who are at loggerheads over Russia's actions in Ukraine and Moscow's growing ties with America's enemies like Iran and North Korea, besides Washington’s unwavering support for "Tel Aviv" on the Gaza issue.

Ever since Russia made a move on Ukraine in February 2022, the US has come down hard on Kremlin-associated organizations with a slew of sanctions. On top of that, they've been dishing out billions of dollars in humanitarian, financial, and military support to Ukraine and "Israel".

Biden has recently been drawing parallels between Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Palestinian group calling the shots in the Gaza Strip, Hamas, which the US has labeled a "terrorist" organization. Biden claims that both Putin and Hamas are two peas in a pod, posing serious threats to neighboring democracies.

"Hamas and Putin may be separate entities, but they are cut from the same cloth: both have their sights set on obliterating neighboring democracies," Biden declared in an Oval Office address last month.

Iran urges a new system

The communication originating from Tehran is steadfast on this particular matter. Iran perceives signs of civilizational decline across the Western world. The prevalence of civil unrest, unemployment, and homelessness is widespread. Internationally, the US has faced numerous failures in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Syria.

From a political standpoint, this signifies the ascendance of the BRICS nations, the establishment of new trade pathways, and the redistribution of economic influence towards the Global South. According to Khamenei, the current trajectory of historical events is leading toward the emergence of a new global order characterized by the interplay of three distinct civilizations.

These civilizations include the Chinese Han civilization, an Islamic civilization under the leadership of Iran, and a Russo-Slavic civilization. Notably, these civilizations are anticipated to be engaged in conflicts with a falling Western culture.

A larger ideological framework that encompasses ideas like the clash of civilizations, the desire to overthrow the Western world, and the pursuit of a multipolar global order primarily shapes Russia's and Iran's perspectives on geopolitics. The significance of the conflicts in Gaza and Ukraine extends beyond their immediate contexts.

Tehran and Moscow have identified Ukraine and "Israel" as two arenas in a broader conflict between the Eastern and Western powers. Over the past fifty years, the US has invested significant financial resources and political influence in supporting the defense of ‘"Israel"’.

As a result, any setback "Tel Aviv" experiences not only highlights its own vulnerability but also highlights the diminished strength of its main partner. Each rocket fired by Hamas that successfully hits a military target is both an act of patriotism and a further challenge to the established Western order.

US gun orders

A request from the Israeli occupation to acquire 24,000 assault rifles from the United States is raising concerns among US lawmakers and some State Department officials, The New York Times reported

US lawmakers and some State Department officials are extremely worried that these weapons could potentially end up in the hands of Israeli settlers and settlers' militias involved in forcibly displacing Palestinians from the occupied West Bank, where violence has been on the rise.

CNN published a report on the violence and threats of Israeli “settlers” against Palestinian farmers who live in villages in the West Bank.
“The homes of farmers are raided, their homes are burned, and they are forced to move from their homes by gunpoint.”

The three proposed batches of semiautomatic and automatic rifles have an estimated value of $34 million and are set to be procured directly from American firearm manufacturers, the report said.

However, the acquisition requires approval from the State Department and notification to Congress. "Israel" has claimed that the rifles are intended for use by the so-called "national police force" but there have been indications that they could be distributed to settlers, according to sources familiar with the arms procurement mentioned in The New York Times.

US division over fear of 'human rights violations'

The State Department provided an informal notice of the sale to the congressional committees last week, triggering concerns and leading to requests for more detailed inquiries into how "Israel" plans to use these weapons. There is a divide within the department, with officials responsible for human rights issues expressing reservations, while those overseeing arms sales are poised to approve the orders and make an official announcement in the coming days, as per US officials.

The Israeli occupation's police are looking to enhance their weapons inventory in response to promises of supplying thousands of firearms to Israeli settlers in over 1,000 occupied Palestinian towns and cities, including Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank.

Over many years, around 500,000 Israeli settlers have lived on occupied Palestinian land, and together with military checkpoints, barriers, and other measures from the Israeli government, they have created a situation where the 2.7 million Palestinians in the region live in isolated enclaves under Israeli occupation.

While a significant portion of the global criticism directed at "Israel" has focused on its brutal airstrikes in the Gaza Strip, which have reportedly resulted in the killing of nearly 10,000 people, primarily women and children, according to health ministry officials in Gaza, President Biden and his top advisors have been reportedly concerned about the escalating violence in the West Bank.

Even before the outbreak of the current Israeli aggression on Gaza, there was a notable increase in violence initiated by Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank. These settlers aimed to force Palestinians to be displaced from strategically significant areas of their land, and the level of violence had already exceeded that of recent years
US officials attributed this rise in violence to the encouragement provided to settlers by the government of Israeli occupation's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as well as statements by some Israeli officials endorsing the further usurpation of lands in the West Bank.

State Department officials responsible for overseeing arms sales have engaged in discussions with their Israeli counterparts to address potential concerns. Jessica Lewis, the assistant secretary in the political-military affairs bureau, stated that they have received "assurances from the Israelis that the rifles will exclusively be provided to units under the Israeli National Police (I.N.P.)."

However, no specific details were provided regarding what "I.N.P.-controlled units" means, although one official claimed that such units do not operate in the West Bank. Additionally, the agency does not offer specific comments on licensed commercial arms sales.

It's worth noting that Israeli occupation Police Minister, Itamar Ben-Gvir, pledged last month to supply firearms to settlements.

US officials examining the orders have pointed out that "Israel's" request differs from previous ones in explicitly mentioning the possibility of providing rifles to settlers. Given the violence by settler groups, this has raised concerns among some Democratic lawmakers, including Senator Chris Van Hollen of Maryland. These lawmakers are urging the Biden administration to provide assurances regarding the current arms orders.

The United States regularly sells a wide array of weapons to "Israel", including the munitions currently being used by the Israeli military in its genocide in Gaza. President Biden has requested an additional $14 billion in military aid for "Israel" from Congress, although there is increasing criticism of this position among Democrats.

"Israel" is purchasing a significant portion of the pending rifles from Colt's Manufacturing, including M4s and MK18s. Some of these rifles are ready for shipment, while others are yet to be manufactured.

When asked about the purpose of these rifles, the Israeli Embassy in Washington claimed that such questions and related concerns were thoroughly addressed during the process of obtaining approval from the US government for the licensing and procurement of the firearms.

Concurrently, the government has simplified the process for settlers to acquire firearms licenses, a change supported by Ben-Gvir, which he stated would make it possible for approximately 400,000 more civilians, roughly 4 percent of the population, to obtain a firearm.

Toward the end of October, Ben-Gvir shared photos of himself distributing assault rifles to settlers during a political event. These images raised concerns among officials in the Biden administration and within Congress.

Israeli occupation of West Bank

The West Bank has been under military occupation by Israel since 7 June 1967

Israel has controversially, and in contravention of international law, established numerous Jewish settlements throughout the West Bank.

The United Nations Security Council has consistently reaffirmed that settlements in that territory are a "flagrant violation of international law", most recently in 2016 with United Nations Security Council Resolution 2334
Israel has been accused of major violations of international human rights law, including collective punishment, in its administration of the occupied Palestinian territories

Palestinian civilians, mostly confined to scattered enclaves, are subject to martial law and are not permitted to vote in Israel's national elections

As early as 1961, the IDF had drawn up meticulous plans for the conquest and retention of not only the West Bank, but also the Sinai Peninsula and Gaza Strip from Egypt, and the Golan Heights from Syria

Israel expelled many people from areas it had conquered, beginning with an estimated 12,000 people who on the very first day were rounded up in the villages of Imwas, Yalo and Bayt Nuba in the Latrun Salient and ordered by the Israeli military into exile eastwards.

All three villages were then blown up, and within two years the area was planned as a recreational area now called Canada Park.

There are many reports on the brutality of the Israeli Occupation Force against innocent Palestinian farmer, fishermen and innocent civilians as their are slaughtered by Israeli Occupation Forces and driven from their homelands
