In a ceremony, Yesterday, December 5, 2013, in Sulaimani, the inauguration of a 5-star hotel of Hyatt Regency international brand was announced. Present in the ceremony were Bahroz Mohammed Salih, Governor of Sulaimani, Kamaran Ahmed, Minister of Housing and Reconstruction in the KRG, and General Consul of the United Stated in Kurdistan Region. Also, a number of other projects were announced to be inaugurated in the next few weeks in the ceremony.



"With the inauguration of this hotel, Sulaimani will have 8 international brand hotels," equipped Sulaimani Governor Bahroz Salih. And, the General Consul of the US stated: "USA believes in the capacities of the Kurdistan Region."

The Hyatt Regency Hotel will be located inside Hawari Shar Park in Sulaimani, and it will comprise 210 rooms, 1660 meters conference hall, three swimming pools and a 24-hour open restaurant. The project will be executed by CLAREMONT Company that comes from the USA.
