for the first time in Kurdistan a Telephrique with 2200 meters long and 475 meters high has been built , which starts from the tourist project "Chavi city" all the way to Gozhya mountain . it was built by Austrian company specialized in Telephriques (Diplomayer) .

After a recent decision by the Ministry council Sarchnar's old cement factory is to be demolished and rebuilt at a different location in a modern way , a new resort and 5 Star hotel will be built on its location.
Farman Xarid Director of investment Sulaimani branch announced : "in order to expand and further develop the city of Sulaimani the old cement factory in Sarchnar suburb will be demolished and rebuilt at a different location with a modern design" he said "the project will be given to investors in a competition , and the winning company must built 75% of the project with greenery and a park so that the people can benefit from it in return free of charge".

Project is located in the city of Sulaymaniya province of Sulaimaniya, where the establishment of the project area (2500) acres and Atzmn:

2 - Mall.
3 - commercial offices in three designs:
