There are currently 35,000 Kurds in the Iraqi army mainly in the 3rd, 4th and 5th divisions I think... there are also Kurds in the Iraqi air force, special forces, intelligence and navy.

The 'Kurdish army', which is actually no more than a semi-internal part of the Iraqi military, is under control of puppets, loyal to Iraq and America. Those are the real jash, in my opinion.
