I do not understand Arabic but if he is talking about the Kurds he was probably saying one of the following: "Kill thousands of their young men", "Steal their lands", "Pay Arabs to live in their cities", "Force them out of Iraq, but keep hostages", (I believe that he kept 1 out of every 10 Kurds hostage when Kurds did a mass exodus), or just "Kill ALL KURDS". It's definitely something about the killing or ethnic cleansing of Kurds... My mum can't really understand such a disgusting language, especially the Iraqi dialect. But it was definitely about a plan and discussion of what they can do It sounds like him and chemical Ali, if you also look at tithe comments below them theirs filthy Arabs saying rest in peace to the Ba'ath pig leaders.

I listened to the first 4 minutes of part 1 and then immediately stopped. I really, really, really doubt this is Saddam.

From what I've heard in the first 4 minutes, Saddam said that he wants to invite Kurds for a dialogue regarding their future and doesn't mind them getting their own country, "if this is what they want".

I doubt the real Saddam would've said this, which is why I stopped listening.

edit: Rofl, I just listened to 04:50 in part 1 and it's funny. The guy speaking to Saddam tells Saddam that giving the decision for Kurdish independence to the Kurds might irritate Turkey, to which Saddam replies "let them be irritated. To hell with Turkey just like to hell with Iran".
