Marine Le Pen loses immunity from prosecution

The European Parliament has removed French far-right leader Marine Le Pen's immunity from prosecution after she tweeted pictures of IS violence.

Ms Le Pen is under investigation in France for posting three graphic images of IS executions on Twitter in December 2015, including the beheading of American journalist James Foley.

Her position as an MEP has so far meant she could not be prosecuted.

I did not know that she stole money from EU

And I do think that she will receive the sympathy vote due to this publicity

Marine Le Pen given big boost ahead of French elections

The euro has tumbled against the dollar after Marine Le Pen was given a fresh boost in the looming French presidential elections.

Former prime minister Alain Juppe revealed he would not stand in the race to replace scandal-hit Francois Fillon.

The news prompted the currency to shed more than 0.3 per cent to hit 1.05 against the dollar to 1.05, while the pound also clawed back previous losses against the euro to 1.15.

A poll on Friday had showed that if Mr Juppe had become the new centre-right candidate, he would likely win the election's first round in April, with Emmanuel Macron coming second - knocking anti-Brussels Ms Le Pen out of the race.

Markets have been on edge ahead of the French elections amid the rising popularity of Front National leader Ms Le Pen.

The far-right candidate has promised to put a Frexit vote to the public should she win the election.

If France votes out of the euro, markets fear it could spell the end of the project.

After last year's surprise Brexit vote and Donald Trump win, investors are anticipating the French could deal the establishment another blow.

Connor Campbell, market analyst at Spreadex.com, said: "Alain Juppe’s decision not to replace the scandal-laden Francois Fillon as the conservative party’s presidential candidate.

"That realistically leaves only Emmanuel Macron to battle with Marine Le Pen, and though the former currently has a significant chance of winning the presidency – and a slim chance of beating out the Front National candidate in the first round of voting – the markets won’t welcome any more uncertainty."

She will win by default if no other reason because there is nobody of any substance who is willing to stand against her

If she fails to win and things go against her, France may well end up with some of the problems we have in the UK - Sharia Law and the suppression of Muslim ladies

It is bad here but people in the UK are afraid to say the truth in case they are labeled racist - Muslims themselves are afraid of the increased fundamentalism within the Mosques - many once liberated Muslim ladies are becoming isolated and in extreme cases forced to walk around looking like black rubbish sacks

Sharia Law itself treats Muslim ladies like rubbish - property to be used and abused

Many Muslim ladies are denied the opportunity to learn English and denied the opportunity to seek help under UK law because the Mosques and their slave-master husbands, tell them that they are not entitled to help under UK law

There is a great uncertainty in this campaign, no on can say at 100% who will be the final candidate of Right party (Republicans).

If France had the problems UK has with Sharia Law, Islamic Fundamentalists and ISIS, they would vote Le Pen

It is a great shame that the UK did not have anyone with the strength of character to stand up for the people of this country and put a stop to Sharia Law and Islamic Fundamentalists

Of course not, France is a secular Republic, without religion in its laws. Not like UK which is not secular since the queen (or king) is also the leader of Anglican Church).

In France Religion has been completely expelled from laws.

Some islamists (and extreme-catholics) would like to change it, but most of French Muslims are secular also.

The way things are in the UK, when Le Pen wins I might practise my school-girl French and move there

Young people - even non-Muslims - are being approached by ISIS supporters in the UK but nobody says anything because they are:

A) afraid of being called a racist
B) afraid of repercussions from ISIS supporters
C) afraid of alienating their half brain-washed friend or relations

Le Pen blasts ‘STUPEFYING VIOLENCE’ after pupils SET SCHOOL ON FIRE and run riot in Paris

MARINE Le Pen has attacked the French government for losing control of the country after dozens of teenagers rampaged through north Paris suburbs in an unprecedented wave of riots.

Armed with iron bars, more than 50 youths ran riot through the Saint-Denis suburb, throwing stones at police cars as well as starting fires and setting off smoke bombs in three sixth form colleges.

The rampage forced teachers to lock themselves in their classrooms to escape the attacks. Local authorities have estimated the cost of the damage could be in the set taxpayers back more than £60,000 (€70,000).

Furniture was set ablaze and explosive devices were set off as around 80 protesters ran riot through the suburb.

On Wednesday, 55 people were arrested by police although just eight are set to face charges, the Telegraph reports.

Marine Le Pen condemned the riots and said: “It is not tolerable that thugs threaten the future of our country and put teachers and pupils in danger.”

She branded the violence “stupefying” and accused the socialist government of a “minimal reaction” while calling for a zero tolerance policy on crime.

In a statement, the Front National leader said: “As usual, the government was satisfied with a minimal response, through the voice of the Minister of National Education.

“The Prime Minister is probably too busy campaigning against my candidacy to worry about what is happening in the country!”

She added: “It is only by strong measures and applied without weakness that the Republic will again be respected everywhere.”

In response, French prime minister Bernard Cazeneuve told Le Pen to stop trying to “provoke and stoke disorder” to win support ahead of next month’s first round of voting in the country’s general election.

He added: “This is not a service to our country.”

Le Pen’s presidential rival Francois Fillon tweeted: "This situation is not tolerable. I will not tolerate it! Policemen, security forces and teachers must be better supported.”

Philippe Tournier, the general secretary of the head teachers’ union, condemned the attacks and said violence in France has escalated in recent years.

He said: “We have reached a new level of violence.

“If things carry on this way it will be end up [with someone dying]. Ten years ago, we did not see scenes of this nature.”

The riots came following calls on social media for protests over police violence after Theo Lusaka, 22, was allegedly raped by an officer in February.

Last month, Paris was gripped by a series of protests that included arson and mugging attacks and led authorities to warn people to stay away from the capital.

And she has been summoned by the examining magistrate for indictment, and she obstinately refused to obey.

So before talking about delinquency she could look at herself.

No she knew exactly what she did with the money ; she officially employed some people from her party (and her partner in lif) as "assistant in European Parliament" in which she is a member. And got for the so called "assistants" around 300 000 euros. But uin fact she just used this money for her own party and not at all for her work in EU.

So she stole that money as Fillon did for his wife. The only difference in that Fillon stole the French Parliament and Le Pem she EU's (she is against Europe but loves its money).
