Concerning the cakes, they are just horrible Violent chemical vivid colours and when you taste them they are… tasteless. Nothing to compare with European succulent crème Chantilly, crème pâtissière, crème anglaise, etc. with real cream and eggs and butter.

Eastern pasties and sweeties are so fine (if you like sugar) : halva, baklava, börek, lukul, etc. But their copy of Oz land -Disneyland false cakes are too bad, for they have real extraordinary dairy : kaymak for example, which make our crème fraîche something very light and austere…
