If, as you say, vitamin B12 is actually a bacteria found in the soil where vegetables are grown. Then surely, as with all other substances and nutrients in the soil, vitamin B12 would be absorbed by the vegetables themselves :D

A gastric band in a GLASS? Three women swear by new soluble diet pill designed to quench appetite in an instant
By Hannah Ebelthite

Health journalist Hannah Ebelthite lost 5lb in ten days with Slim-Fizz
She asked two other busy, middle-aged women to try it
They also reported good results after using the product
The tablets cost £19.95 for ten days supply
Manufacturers claim you’ll lose 'a few pounds' in ten days

The large round pill looks like a fizzy vitamin C tablet and, when dissolved in water, tastes like orange squash.

But its effects are extraordinary. Thirty minutes later, when you come to eat, you feel quickly full. Towards the end of the meal, you find yourself thinking ‘I’ve had enough’ and you put down your fork and stop.

Pudding? You can take it or leave it. You probably get to the next mealtime still feeling sated, never having reached for a snack.

This is really puzzling. Why we can not get them with washed vegetables but we can get them with the meat?

I think we can eat some vegetables without being washed like the root of spring onions after removing the first layer. Although you can eat cabbages without wash after removing the cover. Corley flowers can be eaten without wash after removing the outer cover.

Unwashed organic vegetables can be half boiled. In this case all vitamin b12 go into the water. so let the water cool down and sediments settle down. After that drink the water, which should have most of the vitamin b12. But this has to be tested by experts.

The following is from Wikipedia about vitamin b12:

But not gorillas (nor dogs). It just proves that we are not like gorillas, though many vegans claim that as humans are big apes, they should eat like gorillas and other apes… but apes are different and our nearer cousin is cheetah. Cheetah eat small animals, snails, and even other small apes. They are our omnivorous cousins.

@ Londoner your link to wikipedia lead to a link to Batabata-Cha - a form of fermented black tea that does contain vitamin B12

I found it very interesting as I always drink my tea black and enjoy trying new teas :D

I will have to do some more research but it looks as though I could obtain all the vitamin B12 I need from Batabata-Cha :ymparty:

It is too expensive. £33/100g. Nevertheless I will give it a try. I will also try to get it from organic vegetable by half boiling them and later drinking the water used to boil the vegs.

I think I can also get vitamin b12 from my fermented food. I will get unwashed organic vegetables and use them to make fermented food and kimchi. Fermented environment should multiply vitamin b12 producing Bactria.

what do you know!!! apparently meat eaters also suffer from vitamin b12 deficiency:

Cheetah and cats belong to the same evolutionary roots. if Cheetah is our nearer cousin so it will be cats. this explains why cats can live with their nearer cousin, humans :)) .

By the way, all living creatures are from the same roots, some cells or bacteriæ flotting in the promordial ocean… and all things, animal, vegetal, mineral, come from the same dust of stars, that the true poetry of Universe and astrophysics.

Some Jews and Muslims could be upset ot learn that we share 99% of our genes with pigs :D
