What is a proper breakfast, according to you ? What do you take ?

I HATE cereals (that's chickens food, not for humans and I will never eat seeds at morning).

Old English saying:

“Eat Breakfast Like a King, Lunch Like a Prince, and Dinner Like a Pauper”

I always try to eat a healthy breakfast as I can never be sure what I will eat during the rest of the day, especially if I am out to meetings

I normally eat a fish salad :D

I will probably snack for lunch and have another salad or something else light for dinner, unless I go out or someone else is cooking dinner :ymdevil:

A fish salad for breakfast ? :ymsick:

I would rather to take the true traditional English Breakfast, full of cholesterol :D

Many French hardly eat at morning, but the lunch is generally copious, like the dinner, which is eaten late (7 - 8. pm and even 9 pm).

Traditionally breakfast used to be very large and not always healthy, fried kippers being a favourite as are eggs :D

Our breakfast were always very fattening

Lunch is between 12 noon - 1pm and around 4/5pm we have an afternoon snack (afternoon tea) to keep us going until dinner time :D

But we also have several tea/coffee breaks during the day - British workmen seem to have tea-breaks HOURLY X(
