No it does not

ayaan=helper , it comes from Awon . Moin is the adjective which is one of the God's name in Arabic.

thankyou. i understand very little arabic. a syrian amar lie to me and tell me it mean gift of allah. i am going to ask him why he gave wrong translation.

it is complicated when it comes to using English to write Arabic words

if you mean هبةthen yes , it mean present or Gift . But if the" H" is for the letter "عـ" , then it gives a differant meaning .

It would be nice to know your nationality , where you come from or anything you feel comfrotable sharing .
