They should build a national park for these animals

The KRG can not build national parks. Because in a national park they dont can build streets, Houses, Oil stations etc. but south Kurdistan needs every km² for the Economy and Agriculture, because south Kurdistan is small, so there is no place for national partks like in africa or America.

sorry but you are wrong , there are 2 national parks under construction one in Hawler and one in Sulaimani , they are both outside of the city though.
