Protein Drinks

I buy me Protein powder which I drink with milk for my muscle building. Do anybody of you also use Protein drinks? Because I want to know when should I drink it, before or after the training?

15 minutes after training. And you can drink it two or three times a day. I do drink it two times a day. Once on morning when I wake up and one at night when I do Body Building.

I also drink it after my exercise.But have you guys heard wbout pills that will make you build muscles faster??
Is it good or bad?

Pills are usually not good, I would stay away from them. If you want a lil help gaining more muscle, creatin drinks would be a better option.

Cewlik, search online. Don't believe everything you read, but there is alot of good information and it can help you out alot. Also, don't listen to the guy that sells you the protein, they usually have no idea what they are talking about.

Well actually dont believe what says on the packet. On the packet of my protein shake it says "use 7 spoon of the powder and mix it into 170 ml water" Bs. The man who sold me and also my brother say use 2-3 spoon in as much milk as you like or can drink (usually a glass) and it also tastes much better.

What kind is it? because I have never seen it say that much, usually it says 2 spoons with either water or milk. Milk is tastes better and you get more calories with it.

Use after training, Whey Proteine, though, you can use it multiple times a day if necessary. Only when doing strenuous activity, when muscles ache it can surely help. Don't use it when you've done little exercise, you'll only get fatter, or when you're already overweight, best is in that case to first lose your fat, and thereafter use shakes. Don't forget to stretch after exercise either, it will relieve you from muscle ache faster, and it will build up quicker.
