Pills are usually not good, I would stay away from them. If you want a lil help gaining more muscle, creatin drinks would be a better option.
Cewlik, search online. Don't believe everything you read, but there is alot of good information and it can help you out alot. Also, don't listen to the guy that sells you the protein, they usually have no idea what they are talking about.
