We eat also winkles, as many other shells. That's good but you need 4 hours before finishing a whole plate.

They must be good for a diet because one would burn far more calories trying to get them out of their shell, than one would gain from eating them

It seems that snow could fell everywhere in Kurdistan, except on Duhok. Since yesterday, typical New Year weather : tempest of wind and rain, not very cold, as if we were not far from an ocean.

Special Duhoki climate : even on January 1st, I have to fight with a mosquito in my bedroom.
