Hope you feel better soon

I feel sorry for you carrying your precious lump throughout all that terrible heat #:-s

I have started work - it was either that - get married - or give up chocolate :o)

I was married once :ymsick:

I even ironed a shirt ONCE and found it to be an extremely overrated experience - so I went to university - much more fun :o)

Now I only work to stock up on chocolate ;)

I used to run community centres and youth clubs - I also took homeless youngsters into my home - at one stage I had over 20 homeless youngsters living with me - great fun - they kept a book for lavatorial comments - every Friday was bath-day party night - when Graham had his weekly bath assisted by EVERYONE (dispatch rider who got very dirty during the week) - the hairy one who lived on his nest (bean bag) in centre of living-room floor while being a nesting mother (someone put a kinder egg under him and he refused to leave the nest until his baby hatched) - if I had stayed married to old grumpy I would never have had such FUN - the entire town came to a halt when they took George (the invisible dog) out for a walk =))

I agree with you on the ironing, very overrated.

Sounds like you had a total ball with the young people and I can see why you'd not be able to do that with a grumpy spouse in tow :)

He wanted to be in control and tell ME what to do !

He had his good points - he worked hard - earnt lots of money - was always faithful - treated me very well - was an excellent cook :o)

Wanted to look after me - did not want me to work - did not want me to study - wanted me to die of boredom - I felt as if I was in a prison

We remained the best of friends - he remarried and I became very close with his wife - many an evening we sat there together making fun of him :ymdevil:

You should try being a little more submissive, it's better.

WHY ?

I believe that a marriage should be a 50-50 relationship :ymhug:

Perhaps it was the shock of my statement "marriage should be a 50-50 relationship" which caused this forum to crash 8-}

@ SadKurdLover

I hope that you and baby are both doing well :ymhug:

I sincerely hope that you are relaxing and looking forward to giving birth to a lovely healthy bouncing baby :x

REMEMBER

No stress
No worries
No arguments
No listening to lies
No contact with Mr Charm
No making any important decisions

It is VERY important that you see this baby as a bundle of joy - loving companion for your daughter - another grandchild for your parents to spoil :x

For now forget everything and everyone else - your world is just you - your lovely baby - your lovely daughter - your doting parents - nothing and no-one else matters

My continued love and best wishes to you all :ymhug:

Even the spirit of kurds, imbued into this forum, fights you. This is atmosphere greeks, romans, byzantines and crusaders must have feelt 1000 years ago. Some ancestral dejavu =)) =))

You're spoiled and self-centered. You won't even iron a shirt, for someone who pays your debts and takes care of you, protects you and loves you. Jeez.

If I as a woman am more intelligent - far better educated - able to earn more money than my husband - why would that make ME spoiled and self-centred - surly it makes my husband spoiled and self-centred by trying to suppress me :-B

How do they surpress you exactly? You just want to live like a bachelor male.

You state that I am spoiled and self-centred because I won't even iron a shirt - why should I be expected to?

Any marriage should be a 50-50 relationship - many men expect their wives to do the cooking - cleaning - ironing of shirts etc - even if their wife is working - it is suppression - let the husbands iron the dresses :D
