This week, I start a new diet for the year 2014-2015 : Montignac Diet.

At breakfast, I broke the rule by eating, with my coffee and a portion of saint nectaire, a slice of bread with butter.

At lunch, fried hamburger, and flan de courgettes au fromage blanc et mozarella.

Tea time : An ice cream as a 2nd broken rule, because it is my last week of holidays, so 1 ice cream per day until next monday.

At dinner, mushroom soup, green beans with sauce fromage blanc + 2 whiskies soda and the 10th episode of Carnival Season 1.
