Some days ago, in the German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine, Cemîl Bayik would have stated that Western Powers should not arm the Peshmergas of Barzani (not PUK ?), for 'these weapons could fall in ISIS' hands'.

Now Murat Katayilan criticized that statement and said that Bayik should apologize to Peshmergas an to all the KRG for such words.

Apparently, divergence of opinions and policy within PKK. I would even guess : difference of wings. Obviously, Cemîl Bayik is Iran spokesman. Did Karayilan adopted the 'Turkish-Öcalan' side ?
