This is where you can talk about every subject (previously it was called shout room)

Feyli_kord wrote:Get real... you drove away people. The main population of this forum were young kurdish patriots, who you and piling drove away. This is why people don't take this forum seriously anymore and why only you and piling post on it. This forum should be renamed Anthea & Pilings middle-east blog with the motto "Two middle-aged european women commentaries on middle-east". The name of the forum is entirely misleading. It's like when 20th century anglos create the "middle-east oil company" to somehow give themselves off as if they were real middle-easterners and native arbitrators.

WRONG !

EVERY person who has EVER joined this forum has done so AFTER having a chance to see what other people - especially Piling - has written

Piling has been part of this forum for more than 8 YEARS

Nobody is forced to join this forum and nobody is forced to remain a member

If you personally do not like the way the site is being run:

a) why do you not contribute a great deal more yourself rather than insult those who do?
b) why do you stay here?

I would like to point out that this thread contains MY DAILY THOUGHTS

Nobody if forced to read my thoughts if they do not wish to - yet so far I have received 37719 hits

Piling's thread "My thoughts of the day" has received 36280 hits - so somebody is interested in us :ymtongue:

My thought for today is: Feyli_kord if you do not like it here then GO

5 September

It must have topped 40c today #:-s

When I got home it was an extremely sticky 32c indoors and I am still trying to cool down

I have an urge to go and sleep in the woods - but do not fancy being woken up by the deer - foxes - badgers - hedgehogs - not forgetting the rather large bull who lives close by :))

What exciting things are happening in the world - not much apart from lots of idiots wanting to kill lots of other idiots

Obama is totally mad (as well as being ugly)- America is virtually bankrupt and cannot afford to become involved in yet another armed struggle - but mad Obama is determined to bomb somebody - not sure he even cares who he bombs

Nobody has the right to kill - Assad did not have the right to kill anyone - the crazy jihads did not have the right to kill - best punishment for them is to have their wedding tackle cut of so that they cannot enjoy their 72 virgins :ymdevil: - Obama does not have the right to kill

FACTS:

Even with Assads known record of the suppression of Kurds - someone somewhere has been supplying him with weapons

Even with the crazy jihads well known urge to kill almost everyone else on the planet - someone somewhere has been supplying them with weapons

Even though it is widely known that every non-Kurdish group in Syria wants to kill Kurds and claim the oil-rich Kurdish land - nobody is willing to give weapons to Kurds to enable them to protect themselves

Recap:
Countries are happy to sell/give weapons to mad people for use in killing mostly innocent women and children - but not willing to sell/give weapons to innocent Kurds to use for self-protection

So where does that leave Kurds - in the shit again X(

I have just scored a massive

63,820 at Mah-jong

My second highest score ever :ymparty:

I am aiming for a score or 65,000 then I will relax a bit

I know Piling is there just waiting to pounce on me - she is as a cat playing with a mouse - she could attack and beat me any time

7 September

Somebody turned on the giant wind machine in the sky and the temp went down for over 30c to about 16c - even less in the wind

I was really enjoying life at 30c - now all I have to look forward to is snow - and spending days at a time cut off from the outside world :ymsick:

8 September

I was so cold today that I put my central heating on :ymsick:

The trouble with England is that our weather does not change slowly - heatwave one day frost the next

Most countries have wet seasons and dry seasons - cold seasons and hot seasons - in England the have the entire range in one week :ymsick:

Other people plan their holidays in advance knowing what the weather will be like where they are going - if we have a holiday in England we have to take clothes for every season - last week was an excellent example - some people had wonderfully hot dry week - and in some places there was freezing heavy hail and severe flooding :-o

I am expecting warmer drier weather tomorrow - but I will take my umbrella with me just in case ;)

10 September

I have my heating on

Temperature only went up to 15c today that is 20 degrees colder than this time last week

My freckles have turned into goose bumps :ymsick:

I am now wondering what reason erDOGan would have to grand Kurds any rights - I have posted some of my thoughts here:

Does erDOGan have any need to grant Kurds rights?

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=13559

I am SERIOUSLY troubled by the removal of Murat Karayilan

He virtually ran the PKK for much of the time that Ocalan has been in prison - he is very well loved and well respected - surely I am not the only person to think that there is something seriously wrong with him being removed at such a crucial moment in time - was he removed because he had started to ask too many questions - remember he wanted someone he knew and trusted to be allowed to meet with Ocalan - this action was refused - something very odd is going on 8-|

COLD

Most definitely my main thought :ymsick:

My other thought is WORK - the thing that we women do to protect ourselves from MEN

I am afraid that we women have only three options - WIN lots of money - EARN lots of money - MARRY someone with lots of money - personally I prefer the EARN lots of money option :o)

In my case along with the EARN part comes the part where I just know that I am going to have to rescue my friends - and help them out of a very sticky financial situation - friends are for better or worse so I will have to make enough money to rescue the pair of them - I might have to resort to WITCHCRAFT :ymdevil:

15 September

I am very busy recently as my friend is opening new businesses - I have very little patience with fools :o)

I am also busy trying to think of ways to help some of my friends from Syrian occupied Kurdistan - extremely difficult to find out exactly what is going on there - perhaps someone reading this will be able to give us more information

As with most things online - figures and reports are easily twisted - facts are altered to show what people want to viewer to see - truth is seldom if ever seen online X(

I am worried that I will get a really high Mah-jong score and not be able to submit it because my broadband picks that very moment to crash X(

Maybe it's a sign from the universe telling you to GTFO off the internet, get a life, and stop getting involved in places were you aren't wanted. Maybe you can lose weight get, get a cane, and live your life in bliss.
