If this is true why are you on the diet thread :o)

I'm interested in looking at how average people think of nutrition.

In England far too many people eat processed food and fried food and know nothing about nutritional values :ymsick:

CONGRATULATIONS :ymapplause:

Excellent progress - this thread of yours really makes us think about what we have eaten - and what we should not have eaten 8-}

I confess the sudden cold has made me want to eat more - I try to eat more of the chicken and less of the rice - I feed that to the Magpie who sits on my windowsill first thing in the morning - he thinks he is far to superior to use the bird feeders with the other birds :o)

I know that I am starting to lose weight - I am going to weigh myself at the doctors today and keep track of my weight lose every month :ymhug:

The best indicator are clothes, I think.

I eat also more and I am more hungry with the coldness and as I restart to work, I walk more.

2 mugs of coffee and milk

Endives with ham and gruyere. 3 Jack Daniel's sodas.

Not even 1000 calories per day since 3 days. Clearly undernourished during exhibition time.
