Sunny days. I spent half of the day bare arms, bare feet in the garden. I saw the first bee.

Even the stupid pigeon has its outside-time, when Pirouette sleeps in the salon.

I think it will happen around Newroz. Fortunately I will be in holidays, because she always gives birth in the middle of the night.

Tomorrow the Great Fast begins in Kurdistan (2 days before the Ash Wednesday, which is a Roman Catholic celebration).

I wonder how many kilos I am going to lost, until Easter (April 16th) :-D

This afternoon, drank my last café au lait

A bit too strict - will you be able to keep it up?

Suggest you cut down on the salted almonds - too much salt is no good for you

Tinned fish is good - often healthier than fresh unless it is bought from ice boxes in the loading dock

Most of the so-called fresh fish on sale, is far from fresh

I LOVE SALT.

I shall never get rid of salted food.

In fact, this morning Christians gave me french fries as snack

I bought also a frozen fish, 'queenfish' absolutely unknown in France. A fat fish, quite big, that I shall share with Pirouette and her future nursery.

Rock salt or sea salt is not too bad but best to stay away from table salt

I wish to do some fortune telling within the Kurdish community - apart from reading coffee (I hate coffee) what is the best way of reading for Kurds?

They had many ways to read future, but I don't know if they use it now : in Mem and Zin, Xanî made allusions to that : reading in the sand (geomancy). Now they know mostly to read in coffee.

They practice also the divination by opening a special book : the Book of a great poet, or the Qoran. You ask your question, you open randomly the book and you place your index finger on the page. The beyt (2 verses) or the surat under your finger is the answer. Persians do it with Hafez's dîwan.

I let my Hafez's dîwan in France. Now I only practice I ching. Before I practice also divination with dices, but it was for simple and quick answers.

I am not worry for Pirouette. I should better make a faal (divination) by asking : What to do with that stupid pigeon ?

Kurds are more impressed by tarots : find a nice and colored tarot desk and they will believe you. :D When I travelled a lot in Kurdistan and Turkey I had a tarot and when they saw it, they will always asked me to read their future.

The Belline Oracle works well, also. It is easier to red and memorize than Tarots, I think, though ,many people say it is the hardest one.

If you don't like coffee, you can read also future in tea leaves, but I never practiced myself.
