they knew in standard kurmanci is more like in soranî:
ewan zanî or wan zanî
they did knew = ewan zanibû
they did know = ewan dizanî

min ew zanibûn will mean something like i did knew them.

welleh min fêrî soranî ebim :)

emzanî = min dizanî
etzanî = te dizanî
eyzanî = wî/wê dizanî
emanzanî = me dizanî
etanzanî = we dizanî
eyanzanî = wan dizanî

so basically m, t, y, man, tan, yan suffixes are in kurmancî min,te,wê/wî,me,we,wan.

i have studied Kurdish Sorani grammar in school 1-12 , so i know all bout Kurdish grammar :D .

SK schools and Unis are in Kurdish , so i finished school in Kurdish.

not as good as you though , but yeah when i was in kurdistan i use to always come first in my classes for english subject . use to read a lot of books too , till i ended up in an english country at the age of 19 .

Oh well Kurdish speakers can learn english pretty quick, because it is indo-european.
