It was a lovely warm sunny day here yesterday (Thursday) 20c so I spent my day in the fields with the dogs

My holidays : Staying at home and caring of Pirouette. And the pigeon.

And fasting.

Strange thin : the less I eat, the less I am hungry.

Now my waist has 90 cm of circumference. 8 cm to lost. I am floating in some trousers. Others which were too narrow begins to be ok.

3 kilos to lost and I will reach a normal BMI. But I am more ambitious.

The problem with Lent is that I have to struggle to reach 1000 calories/day.
