I have heard some funny kurdish hpyothesis from common people, for example some old people say , seeing this flower and full moon means this... blah blah let share some of them together.

I am not sure if it is called myth or hyptothesis in english, (if you know the correct word tell me so I correct the the topic)

I go first :

- the bigger your nose, the more manly you are . (or more kurdish you are :p )

It is a myth. Hypothesis is like theory. You can prove a theory but can not prove a hypothesis.

Have you heard the myth of 'Shewe' or nightly ghost in Kurdistan. Have ever any one told you: Yakhwa Shewa bty brdaya or may the nightly ghost have taken you because you made a mistake.

Shewe is the ghost of a childless old lady. Whenever a new child born, she comes at night to embrace the baby to death. To protect a new born from her, the father has to guard the baby for 7 nights.

Your name is Sina/Sena and is pronounced like the name of John Cena. However when you talk about the city Sine you won't hear the i so often. So the pronounciation is Sna. Persians say Sanandaj, daj means castle. But sometimes we say Kursan instead of Sine.
