Hi, thanks for asking :)
As of until now I have not smoked a single cigarette, and I seriously don't think that I will smoke again. I used the patch for the first week and along with the E-gig for a month, no problem. Now it has been almost 6 months and I feel much better /:)

WOW !

That is fantastic - well done :ymapplause:

You gave up very quickly - most people seem to wear those patches for months and months - you must have excellent willpower

I am glad you feel better - I expect your your health has improved

I hope that I will manage to give up chocolate but nobody has invented a chocolate patch yet :ymdevil:

Enjoy :D

Piling thank you for the link :ymapplause:

Not only could I lose weight but I will be healthier:

Indeed, a recent study from the University of Cambridge found people who enjoyed chocolate every day were 29% less likely to have a stroke and 37% less likely to suffer with heart disease than those who avoided it most of the time.

I am sure of that. I don't eat a lot of chocolate because I prefer salt and fat food, but I am convinced that chocolate is a good thing to eat.

btw I lost 500 g : glory to me

Is 500g a lot? I will have to convert :-?

HZKurdi did extremely well to give up smoking - he has spurred me on to lose weight :ymapplause:

I will go and get weighed during the week - will NEVER say how much I weigh - but will say how much I lose or gain each week :o)

Give me your weight and height, tell me how much you want to lose, and i can make you a diet plan and exercise plan(if you want), you'll lose as much as you want, and keep the weight. I train a alot and so learning about nutrition and physiology is neccesary, and i'm fairly well read on those subjects.

NEVER :D I can only tell that I have lost 5 kilos in 2 months.

By the way, you're a man and you will never take weight or lose as a woman. We have different biologies. It is easier for a man to lose with exercise and less food. Unfortunately, our Mother Nature has designed women for being used as pantries by shitty greedy babies, whatever you want to spawn some of them or not. So we are storing fat by vocation.

That doesn't matter. Anyone can lose significant amount of weight. Obviously women are designed to have more Fat. A woman who has the body fat as a male is well... not very feminine. Also, why do western women and western people in general hate children?

I will NOT tell you how much I weigh - but suffice it to say I am FAT :o)

I had an accident that left me in a wheelchair for 3 years - my bones tried to repair themselves and grew together - 3 operations later - no wheelchair :ymparty:

But I do have a rather large food storage area (stomach) and weak legs - my legs feel a bit wobbly sometimes - lack of use - I need more exercise - I was thinking of getting a toyboy to chase round the bed :ymdevil:

If you have any suggestions I would be delighted :ymapplause:

I don't think that Western women hate them. Many of them want to have some, of course not my packs of 6… At least in France, : we have one of the higher birth rates in UE : 3rd rank behind Eire and UK and (out of UE) Island is just a bit higher. So I assure you that many women are ready to everything for having one, even artificial conception of adoption.

That's my special case : I don't hate them, as so long as they belong to others… Probably a total lack of maternal instinct or a greater love for freedom.
