Club of Diet' s addicts

So I open a special topic pour people who start a diet, or just want to exchange about their menu.

I have right to until 2210 calories.

Breakfast :
2 mugs of black coffee and around 15 g of sugar.
2 slices of rustic bread : 40 g.
Brie cheese : 40 g

= 289 calories.

Lunch :
A piece of colin fish (around 100 g).
Ratatouille (typically French meal of vegetables, google is your friend)

= 303 calories

Dinner :
Salad of pasta with tomatoes and green peppery : 100 g of pasta, 200 g of tomatoes, 200 g of peppery, 1 tablespoon of oil, lemon juice, basilica, parmiggiano, etc.

=> 445 calories.

Total = 1038 calories.

So I have place enough for more parnigiano at dinner, and pastis or rosé after, by watching a movie :D

As I took breakfast, not hungry for lunch.

I think I will eat fish and vegetables at dinner and cancel pasta. :-?

I bought 2 boxes, there was a 50% price down. So I have ice creams for all my holidays

Ice creams is the only sweet I like.

Chicken salad sandwich on malt bread

Dinner:
Chicken salad with rice

Snack:
1 SMALL bar of Cadbury ;)

That's seems ok as a menu. Just hope you don't drink liters of sweet sodas ;)

Morning : 2 mug of coffee with milk and sugar (2).

Lunch : a slice of bread, a slice of ham and 40g of Tomme cheese.

Dinner : Veal,2 fried tomatoes, lettuce, goat cheese, pastis.

total : between 1450-1497 calories.

No ice-cream today :-D

My daily treat is one can of DIET lemonade or Pepsi - no alcohol - no cigarettes :D

Tuesday:

Late breakfast/early lunch: chicken salad 2 cups of weak black tea with sugar

Dinner: rice with fish salad

I small bar of Cadbury

You seem to like rice, as I see ;)

Today :

Breakfast :
2 mugs of coffee with milk.

Lunch :

A piece of Quiche Lorraine
Salad of lettuce

Dinner :

Salad of pasta with herbs and scallops, and parmesan.
pastis.

Around 1500 calories. If I am hungry I will eat more. For example, yesterday evening, I was still hungry at the end of my meal so I ate a bite of bread, Brie and goat cheese.

In any case, these days are not good for motivation : as i am waiting my bloody periods, I took 2 kg in 24 h. I will know my real weight after 8 days. What a plague to be a woman :-D

Perhaps you will gain even more weight over the next 9 months :o)

I have noticed that since you mentioned eating the icecream you have stopped posting on this thread =))

I had fish salad

Cheese salad

1 small bar of Cadbury

1 can diet coke

Cheese and biscuits

3 cups of weak black tea

Water

I have eaten an ice cream yesterday as an AWARD and instead of lunch. :-D

Tomorrow not sure i will eat one.

Breakfast :
2 mugs of black coffee, 1 slice of roasted bread, butter and cheese.

no Lunch.

Snack ? not sure at all. I am not hungry.

Dinner :

Roasted pork and potatoes salada : THE REAL RECIPE as it is explained in La Règle du Jeu :

Boiling unpeeled potatoes in water.
When it is ready, peel them while they are still ver very hot (then you burn your fingers)
and pour white wine on the very HOT potatoes.
Let them cold, and eat them with salt, pepper, even mustard.

no Pastis this evening, white wine.

Lovely roast chicken lunch with water

Afternoon snack I small bar of Cadbury

Dinner spicy chicken and rice with can of DIET Pepsi O:-)
