I have watched 1 and 2 / 3 of http://northerniraq.info/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=11638&start=1140#p104711. Enjoyed it. Better than P.D. Jame's Book, indeed.

Translated from German an interesting paper about ancient Christian tombs in Amadiyya.

Now I am going to watch the 1st episode of The Top of The Lake by Jane Campion. I will see if it is good. I have adored An Angel At My Table and disliked The Piano.

I watched it some time ago - it was a bite strange - but well worth watching :D

Watched the 1st one. I like it. Her admiration for David Lynch is obvious.

To celebrate my new slim denim, I read Eat, Pray, Love for the 2nd time. I like this book. I have also bought the 2nb, Committed. I will read it after.

Apart from the classics - there are three authors who I simply cannot get enough of:

Harlan Coben

Linwood Barclay

Lisa Gardner (extremely difficult to put her books down)

Did you know that more than 100 people each day are still viewing our last year's threads

I imagine that many people only visit this site once a week - or once a month - and they just check their bookmarked sites

Perhaps you should think about putting a link to this thread on your old thread :-?

Considerably exhausted since I wake up : I dreamed that I started and organized Irish revolt against England 100 year ago :D
Do not ask me why for I have absolutely no care of Ireland.

But I have always been a warg in my dreams : I can become a man, an animal, a historical character, anyone, anything, and living extraordinary adventures…

(for people who did not read or watch Game of thrones and want to know what is exactly a warg :

I have Greensight, the psychic ability to perceive future and past events in dreams :ymdevil:

It seems that Kurds have cousins in Far East :

"Kurdish-like, the Hmong have never really belonged to any of the countries in which they live. They remain some of the world's most spectacularly independent people – nomads, storytellers, warriors, natural born anticonformists, and a terrible bane to any nation that has ever tried to control them."

Committed, Elizabeth Gilbert.
