Erdogan has purged thousands of police and sought tighter control of the courts since a corruption inquiry burst into the open in December, a scandal he has cast as an attempted "judicial coup" meant to undermine him ahead of elections.

It is obvious that their is still no freedom in Turkey - erDOGan has become a dictator - he seems to be following in the footsteps of his hero Hitler

I wonder if erDOGan will even stand for election - anyone who votes for him must be severely deranged - just think of the harm he would cause if he were to win - even become president with the same powers as the Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei
