She is already good in French, as I talk to her only in that language. She is the best among all the students of the school !

Oh no, cats hate to be moved from their own place and I imagine the nightmare if I have to travel with her by plane. She will be terrified. It would be only in absolute necessity.

If I go for holidays, the best way is to buy a huge bag of dried food, and let it in the house with liters of water. Enough for 1 month. She can go out and inside the house by a narrow window which I let open all the time in the kitchen.

I might meet a lot of them, for a woman is looking for a French teacher, in the aim to organize French courses for Yezidi orphans in Sharia Camp (ironic to place Yezidi refugees in an place call Sharia, lol). But I don't know much about the project and I have to meet her in June.

It would be good if you could share some of their stories on this forum :ymhug:

So few people know or care what is happening to the Yazidis :((

This morning, Pirouette was playing in the garden with a viper. Indeed, cats can be such morons, sometimes. X(

Now I just have to wait all the day to see if she was bitten or not.

it was this viper, probably :

Here you have the picture and the video of the poor snake I killed

https://larosededjam.wordpress.com/2017 ... sabstenir/

If it was not for preventing Pirouette to be bitten I would have never killed it. Some vipers are endangered species.

Pirouette is alright, of course.

And since this afternoon, a Kurdish puppy begins to come in the garden. He is friendly and curious but shy.I wonder if he has a house of if he is a stray dog (there are many in Duhok).

First a cat, then a pigeon followed by a chicken and now you have a puppy :D

Your home is turning into a zoo =))
