2017 : a year in Duhok

This is where you can talk about every subject (previously it was called shout room)

Today he entered secretly in my house (probably followed the other kittens) and I found him sleeping in wool in my wardrobe.

I can't adopt this one. And he is probably full of parasites. So I call Dr Sulayman and he comes this evening to check him.

If they need a shelter, I can do that, until they find a family. But he is very shy and afraid (well not so much).

So I'll give you the last news later.

You really must find an income that will allow you to remain living where you are - your cats are much safer there and you could keep the ginger kitten :ymhug:

How about offering an online translation service :D

If I stay there, I will finish by living in a Noah's Ark.

So the Ginger is a GIRL :D

The doctor came and he is going to find a family for her. I told him that I can shelter and feed her without problem, until she has found a home.

I told him also that I could shelter animals waiting for an adoption if it needs, because the house is large, with 2 empty rooms and with a garden.

'Even dogs ?" he asked.
'… Puppies, because I am afraid my cat will fight with a big dog.'

I will shelter a donkey soon, I think =)) =)) =)) =)) =))

If you were in Houston you really would need an Ark

Storm Harvey: 'Catastrophic' flooding expected to worsen

"Catastrophic" flooding in the US state of Texas is only expected to worsen in coming days as waters rise following a storm of historic proportions.

A record 30in of rain (75cm) has already fallen on the city of Houston in the wake of Hurricane Harvey, turning roads into rivers.

But forecasters say the total rainfall could nearly double later this week.

A great many animals will die as the flooding continues :((

Cats are clever and able to climb on roofs and trees. But dogs are in danger.

My zoo is ok. Papillon and Pistache have destroyed all the plants and the flowers I kept on my terrace. When the school is empty they have all the place for playing, running, jumping. BUT they like to play in MY FLOWERS :ymdevil:

I keep the ginger kitten in my house, in a closed room, for someone might want to adopt her. I am waiting for news. Meantime, she is progressively used to a human house. Yesterday she stayed hidden all the time behind an armchair. Now she accept I enter in the room and talk to her, far from a few steps.

It is the stele of the inauguration of the School.

Papillon and Pistache are tall for 2 months. And very very … dynamic

Something encouraging I hope :D

Has the school had to cut many lessons?
