I didn't know where to post this so I decided to put it here. I just wanted to say a big thank you to all of you who run this forum. Once, I found it by accident and have always enjoyed it because of the discussions and information you can find here. I dont' always agree with all that is written in here, far from it. But it's good and very important that there are places like this were one can exchange opinions. In Scandinavia we have an expression : "we agree to disagree". It means that we don't always share the same views but we can still be friends and stay in touch in order to keep the "channels of communication" open.

So, a big thank you to Anthea and Piling - I direct this to you because you seen to be the most active. If there are others, pardon me, no harm intended.

Thank you Benny :ymapplause:

If you read our founder's post you will realise that this forum has been going for 13 years and was the first place on the internet that allowed Kurdish people - from ALL parts of Kurdistan - a voice

For much of it's time this forum has been the most influential Kurdish site in existence, the combined history of the Kurds along with links to famous historians such as Dr Jawad Mella mean that the entire and mostly forgotten history of the Kurds is here or can be accessed through here :ymparty:

However, such is the knowledge and importance of this forum that it has been under almost constant ATTACK from those who would silence us - sometimes from the outside - sometimes from within with people using fake IDs - often Piling and I are the only ones able to even access this forum

We now have other supporters posting on our Twitter account:

https://twitter.com/KurdistanRojBas

We also have a facebook page:

https://www.facebook.com/RojBasKurdistan

and online newspaper 'The Roj Bash Kurdistan Daily':

What does not kill us makes us stronger :ymparty:
