I admit to being a sugar-addict but I do NOT wish to get rid of this addiction, I enjoy eating a small bar of chocolate every day
My addiction to fruit juice is probably more harmful
Do you really weigh all your food
During my day I will eat an assortment of:
Beetroot
Butter (tiny amount on new potatoes)
Cheese (small cube or grated on potatoes)
Chicken
Chocolate (small bar)
Fish
Garlic
Jacket potato
Lettuce
New potatoes
Olives
Rice
Spinach
Tomatoes
Veggie crisps or olive bread (only bread I eat)
(I love olive bread but only available from Co-op shops)
