WOW it looks awfully exciting :ymparty:

And not a Kurd in sight ;)

Your life seems to have taken a turn for the better and when you become rich and famous, you will be able to write from any location :ymapplause:

My publisher just releases the catalogue 2018=2019.

I am in April, p. 27. And the cover is my book B-)

https://issuu.com/latalante/docs/cat181 ... 8XGf_3l24g

Even if you don't read French, you could see "Kurdistan" immediately in the first paragraph. :D

It all looks very impressive :ymapplause:

You deserve recognition for all your hard work and the fact that even when you were struggling you never gave up on the Kurds :ymhug:

Family pug seized by town over unpaid debts and sold on eBay

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-47401439

How people can accept the unacceptable ?

If any officer-of-my-ass would try to seize Papillon, better for him to protect his balls :ymdevil:

That is just plain mean

I do not understand, if the person was in debt how could they have managed to buy such an expensive dog in the first place :-?

I could not afford to buy a dog for €1,500 (however much that is in Pounds Sterling)

Nor could I afford the expensive vet's bills, Pugs have a lot of health problems and cost a fortune to maintain

Even if the owners are careless, the shocking fact is to sell a dog on e-bay, without any informations about the buyer, without any consideration for the dog's feeling.

The paper says also that the pug need medical and chirurgical cares, and the buyer spent a lot of money to save him from blindness. What could have happened if she would not do it ?

When a family can't afford to keep an animal, there are many NGOs who are able to take it and to propose it for adoption but they control the animal's health and the new family. Here, they just sold a dog as a piece of furniture.

No sign of dogs being sold on eBay UK

Perhaps different countries have different rules :-o

Most people treat animals WORSE than furniture and just dump animals, especially dogs, when they are no longer fluffy and cute

Some people treat dogs badly but nowadays all dogs have to be chipped

The government is more and more repressive, the policemen more and more violent, and France is shared between 2 pro and anti gilets jaunes. Macron understands nothing about what's going on really among the country.

Btw, I think I got flu. :-s

They are a bit like UK government - useless :ymdevil:

Did you have the flu jab?

This year's flu has been nasty and hung around for a few weeks :ymsick:

If you feel as though you are dying - you have the flu :-s

I suggest lots of fresh soup :D

4 or 5 weeks and you will be bouncing around like a baby lamb :ymhug:

During 2 years I was deprived of French cold cuts and cheese. So 47 days of abstinence is not a big deal
