My father's Paradise

Hello everyone. I hope you're doing well. I am almost finished reading a new book called "My Father's Paradise" - A Son's Search for His Jewish Past in Kurdish Iraq by Ariel Sabar. The author's father is a Kurdish Jew from the city of Zaxo in South Kurdistan and in this book, his son Ariel (the author) basically tells the story of his father's life. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in reading about Kurdish Jews, the Aramaic language, or just an interesting story. Is there anyone here from Zaxo?
