your man lives in turkey and where are you?

the links from harvard have terrible vocabular errors. there stay that mirov stays for man, and jin for woman. mirov means human, while the right word for man is "mér".

yeah, i can believe that, as the section for sorani also have some rubbish, but it was the only links for kurmandji which i know, so maybe she will use them in any way - just in case. in fact its very difficult to learn only from links, teacher is necessary - but if this person is from London i think i can help her to find kurmandji course there.

but the best teacher is to know some you can speak kurdish with. and if it is some you live with it requers 3-6 months to learn a language. once time i was little i learned turkish langauge in school and i was the only kurd. it requered only 3-6 months to learn turkish. i have learned 2 other languages the same way. but mostly in kurdistan it requers kurdish children many years to learn turkish because all children are kurdish with no turkish experience.

from my experience i know that Kurds are bloody perfect in learning languages - i have no idea how you doing that, guys :D average Kurd knows at least two languages, often three (fluently!), while the rest of worlds population are lucky if they know second language at the basic level (and no, i dont say that coz i am hardcore nationalist, but because its the fact).
