And Iran still opressed Kurds before the 1980, so it really doesn't matter.

Exactly it is the people. Look at the Kurds in Khorasan, when they spoke kurdish people saw them as 2nd class, illiterate etc. Nowdays kurdish parents donn't speak krmanji to their kids but persian:(

It is not the people, it is the regime. When you are threatened to get executed or your family be arrested, then say it is the people. I'm not just talking about Kurds, but even the Persians who dislike the regime aren't able to act.

I blame particularly the people. Okey there are some persians who that support us, but only few and they don't want us to become independant just free from the regime. So when the people aren't facist, racist etc against you it's the regime faults or the people? Look persians during shah was strongly against kurds and persians during this regime is even worse. This pan iranism must die. Persians are closer to us than arabs and turks but that don't make them better. Just look at people like maryam rajavi.

I wish that was the truth , but majority of the Iranian support the regime and whether it is by free will or by force is irrelevant . They are the one who is holding the gun killing and abusing innocent people . Look I know we all try to be politically correct here but killing someone and claiming to be forced to do so by someone else is not exactly a good defence .

This shows how degenerated the iranian society has become. The whole society is rotten when police enforce this kind of lunacy. Instead of doing this they should put the harrasing men behind bars and not stone raped women with twisted logic.
