And my name is Sohrab - I am 21 and am currently studying Middle East Studies BA - and will do my last semester in El Qahira (Spring 2008)... And I have a part-time job at a go-cart senter... :) So that's what I do...

I would type in Arabic, BUT I just started learning Arabic two weeks ago... So I am fresh... :lol: I have the last two weeks, learned the Arabic alphabet and script... And we are now starting on grammar... :) So if I have questions about it, I will start a thread in the "Language" section of the forums! :)

I don't realy know to be honest, Got to do a little more research there, but if i had to guess, i'd say around the end of 1800, Right now I live in Norway, Trondheim, a hell of a boring country, But are considering moving out to Kurdistan/Japan/France in a couple of years,

My name is Hayrettin Balci, don't realy know if Hayrettin has a meaning, but Balci does mean something about 'the one who sees it all'' whatsoever. Il tell you more if I find out more about my Egyptian roots ;)

Aha...sprichst du denn Deutsch....ich lerne auch Deutsch...habe aber wirklich Problem,Kurdisch zu lernen...ueberhaupt keine Quellen dafuer....ganz schlimm....

Well brother - if you go to the thread I started, you can watch the video about how you download and install the Kurdî keyboard... And it's in Latînî... :)

I am studying my Arabic, doing homework, watching TV or surfe the internet when I am sick of studying - and other than that, I hang out with friends and my brother and sister...

By the way - a good way of learning Kurdish, is to listen to Kurdish music, watch Kurdish channels online on the internet and if you know any Kurds in Cairo - you should meet up with them... There are MANY Kurds in Egypt... :wink:

Thanks :D In just a few days im 16 years, don't realy know what I will start studying to the autumn, but I guess it will be building construction or something like that. Take care :)
