I think Zazakî are Kurdish because,
We share the same culture and in some cases also the same religion.
We share the same music, food, clothes and dances...
We share the same mentality and way of thinking in life...
Our languages are very close... If a person get's a little education, he/she can understand both Kurmancî & Zazakî...
We share genetic background - very close in that way too...
But I respect the wish of every individual of course. If somebody feels as Zazakî only (and nothing else) then I respect that...
I know some Zazakî and they consider themselves Kurdish... In my oppinion, I think there are less Zazakî who don't consider themselves Kurdish...
Consider this: The Hewramî Kurds - they are the linguistically closest to Zazakî - and they are hardcore Kurdish nationalists...
Beyond this, consider: there are other Kurdish groups, which have less in common with other Kurds, but still consider themselves Kurdish...
And also consider: nationality is not based on language... It's based on a feeling of oneness or closeness with a group of people...
