Hi All.

Was searching on google, for somewhere to learn kurdish language and this site showed up, so had a nosey on in and it looks nice, so decided to join.

Im female,english and have a few kurdish friends, tho i have to admit that i didnt even know kurdistan exsisted until 6 months ago :oops: Ive led a sheltered life LOL, anyway hope i will be welcomed here and learn about differant cultures and other stuff. Take care for now, thanxs

Welcome Fortuna, great to see none Kurds in the forum. Don't worry most people I talk to don't have a clue where Kurdistan is so at least u know :D .

You reminded me on when I was 17 in UK,I met a phantastic handsome boy and he told me:"I am a Kurd from "Iraq"...I felt so embarassed, :oops: no idea there were Kurds in Iraq,I thought only in Turkey!!! Then he explained me everything,it took him days and weeks!!!
