Chony, everybody.
Dear kak talsor suggested me to introduce myself first, and I think he is right. I should have introudced myself before posting. ... #-o
I am living in Korea. Almost 11years ago, I met a Kurdishman in Canada who was so nice, and that was the initial motive I became into Kurds. I am so happy to know this web site. I don't know about Kurds that much but I hope I become to know about Kurds and to be your friend through this site. And I saw the all pictures of beatiful Kurdistan which Diri posted. They are so beautiful. I wish I would travel around Kurdistan someday.
roj bash everybody.

Oops Kak Talsor! İbrahim Tatlıses does version 'Şemmamme' on his 2009 albüm ''Yağmurla Gelen Kadın'' .
It's a catchy tune. How do ya say ''Penguen'' in Kurdish?

Tatalises is great , he starts his concert with a suit and by the end of the show he is left with a T-shirt  .

I believe it is called " Batreeq " , I'm not too sure from the origin thuogh , because Arab use it too .

I am from South, of course. and I have a question. Is it possible to travel for kurdish all Kurdistan areas, I mean, is there no problem for Iraqi Kurdish to travel Turk kurdistan or Iran Kurdistan? I can't visit North Korea, that is illegal. I will be arrested if I do that. What I want to know is that you guys can visit any kurdistan region without legal problem?
have a good day kak baris

I thought so.
Anyway, I've only visited some cities in South and North Kurdistan. I've never been to the the East and West. I'm Asian like ya, so can't give ya realy accurate info. I'm sure Kurds don't have difficulties visiting South Kurdistan, but probably have some problems visiting the North, East and West...

We can visit any parts without any problems but Visa is required since each part of Kurdistan is attached to a country.
There was a South Korean Army (Zaytoun Division) in Kurdistan for a few years and they did many interesting projects in the region. They ware loved and respected by the Kurdish people.
