Here is the best I could do considering ...... please feel free to amend if I made a mistake . A couple of words I had to speculate their meanings because they simply do not add up .

It is a very beautiful poem and a sad one . If I'm correct ( no one knows what is in the heart of a poet :D ) it is written by an older lady describing her difficulties or the impossibility of dealing with love with a much younger man .

I flow (went) with the wind
and did not break my old (autumn) heart
I can always paint the snow black
I can lawys kiss the sun
I can alway ceal the roof leaks of the rain stream
only then I can wear you my dear
as a gift to the ???????of life
they said your son is really standing tall
with me ,the flowers are going
with me ,the fowers are gone
they told me ????????knew him .
may be the flower got it's beauty from him.

Taslor's translation is a bit messy ;) , here is the best I could do for you:

mn lagl bada roshtm - I flew away (went away) with the wind
dlye paezm nashkand - [And] did not break Autumn's heart
har katek twanyem bafr rash kam - Whenever I can (am able to) paint the snow (turn snow to) black
har katek twanyem xor mach bkm - Whenever I can (am able to) kiss the sun
har katek twanyem dlopa knye barn bzhmerm - Whenever I can (am able to) count the rain drops
awkta atwnm to laber kam azezm - Only then can I forget about you, my darling/love.

peshkash bo andye gyin - [This is] Presented/offered to dear andye (<<<--- I'm not sure about this, your Latin-based text has some typing errors, if you could re-write it in a better way, maybe I can do the translation in a better way also)

wtyen am kurat zor xosh westwa - They said you have loved this boy very much
lakm gwl achet lakm gwl chwa - He looks like which flower! He looked like which flower!?
pem wetn ashe natn nase bet - I told them maybe you haven't known him
ranga gwl jwanye law wargtbet - Maybe flower[s] have gotten their beauty/good looks/charms from him.
