Unbelievably some women are so fat that they cannot even get out of bed - yet people keep overfeeding them :shock:

23 days without chocolate :((

23 days without crisps :((

23 days without pork scratchings :((

23 days without cakes :((

I confess to eating 2 biscuits in art class last Wednesday ;)

Slowly slowly I will get slim enough to get back into my business suites :D

Did you lose weight since you deprived yourself of chocolate ?

I think you should better eat only what you LOVE and just count the calories and the number you should get per day.

Or you will be depressed without your God :-D

I will not weigh myself until the end of the month :-D

This is a test of my willpower as much as anything else - I have amazing willpower (sometimes)

I am slowly adjusting my diet - no more toast with lashings of butter - if I was on my own a lot I would throw my toaster out - but sometimes I have people staying with me :(

That is the hard and the best task : weighing/measuring all the food. Most of the time, we could eat and drink all what we like if we would eat and drink less but enough.

The path to distinguish 'hungry' and 'greedy' ;)

I am never really 'hungry' but always 'greedy' :o)

I used to sit for hours at the computer with a large supply of crisps one side and chocolates the other - I had even talked the lady with the ice-cream van into stopping outside and bring my ice-cream to the door for me :ymparty:

I am a woman - I have very strong will-power :D

I am adjusting a few things:

I use smaller plates that way they look full - dusted off my Bone China so I now use China cups instead of large mugs - and food looks better as I no longer dump food on my plates but try to make food look good :-D

Lunch:

Fish salad - NO bread - a few cheese biscuits
2 cups of not very sweet tea

Dinner:

Chicken - rice - salad
2 more cups of tea

Snacks:

Cheese biscuits

Eating front of computer or TV is a terrible trap, sure :-D

Yesterday :

Black sweet coffee.

Roasted potatoes and magrets fumés, lettuce, goat cheese, Sauvignon, whisky.

Diet has some inconvenience : it is expensive… for you have to change your clothes.

Even my panties begin to be too large. Fortunately I wear only denim, or I would lose them ! :)) :)) :))
