All these writers, cineasts, photographers, students, journalists… who contact me with : "I have a project about KURDS ! Can I meet you ? We have to talk !" Do they imagine that 95% of the time, my real thoughts and spontaneous reactions are a mix of 'piss off!' and 'I don't give a fuck!'

Yesterday :

34 mn of Yoga.
5219 steps but my smartphone freezes like a pc with accupedo (the more I use a galaxy the more I hate it, but iphone are obscenely expensive).

Today :

Breakfast : 2 cafés crème, 2 sugars.

Lunch :

1 can of white wine mackerel, a soup of mushroom and carrots, bread (40 g), camembert.

Dinner :

1 beef steak, salad of avocado, 2 glasses of Pommard, bread (40g).

Strange phenomenon : I seem to gain 2 kg but my waist does not enlarge. I wonder if yoga has given me heavy muscles so soon
