That might be the case for men, but I doubt strongly it concerns women. All the female veggies I saw do not seem very sensual and have a green-blemish face, sexy as an out of date yoghurt…

This morning, not hungry, just a coffee & chocolate.

Lunch :

omelette à la tomate, salade de chou-fleur, chocolate (I HATE CHOCOLATE).

Dinner :

Lost 2 kg.

No yoga today (tired and hurry).

Hope to do 6000 steps.

I wonder why you don't try the chocolate diet, as you love it… If a cheese-sausage diet is invented I RUSH to try it.

Breakfast :

Coffee, grapes, cantal, bread and butter, chocolate.

Lunch :

Pork chop and the salad of cauliflowers that I did not eat yesterday (not hungry).

Dinner :

Mixed salad : lettuce, tomatoes, cantal, boiled eggs, croutons, chocolate, 2 pastis.

6000 steps

Have you got one of those step counters that count every time you put your feet down?

Around 5 km ( I don't know to count in miles, I am too Frenchie  ) but it depends on your steps : mine are 70 cm. So I made less steps than someone who makes 50 cm per step (as my Mum whose height is 150 cm) : when I accomplished 6000 steps, she did 10 000.

The method to measure your steps : made 10 steps then measure the distance in cm then divide by 10.

I don't know how it works with inch, because it is a decimal system.

If you have a smartphone there are many apps also that count your steps and your daily activity. Mine warns me each time I stay sit down too long, so I spent my day to tell him 'shut up !' like Pinocchio to Gemini Cricket.

Not hungy. Headache.

Breakfast :

Coffee with brown sugar and ginger, chocolate, cottage cheese and honey, codeine.

Lunch :

Cod and vegetable soup.

Dinner :

Blanc de poulet and vegetable soup, 2 glasses of pastis.

30 mn of yoga, probably 6000 steps.
