Why drinking coffee is bad while flooding it in your ass is ok ? that's an enigma, to me
Don’t eat breakfast for at least four days but replace it by eating cake until you feel full. If you are hungry eat more cake in the afternoon

Café au lait et tartine beurrée was a French and Northern European Institution, I even remember that as a child, my parents found very normal to let me drink it at breakfast (while my sister loved these disgusting honey-cereals called croustimiel and my bro a thick chocolat au lait with many biscuits fallen in it, even the dog did not want to finish his bowl).
So, as we come from different parts of the world, what was your favorite breakfast when you were a kid ?

I loved kippers

And also hunting was a big source of meat. Probably the reason why Kurds are so fond of hunt.

In England there are a great many allotments
Allotments being fields divided into small portions of land that people use to grow fruit and vegetables on
Sometimes used to provide added growing space where people prefer to grow flowers in their gardens and keep there vegetable patches elsewhere - sometimes used by flat dwellers who do not have there own gardens - often used as an excuse for men to escape from home and chat with friends![]()
Many of these allotments have shops where they sell the fruit and vegetables they produce along with home-made honey and jam - absolutely delicious and almost always organic
Always worth asking local government offices (councils) where the nearest allotments are
In England we also have a lot of farmers markets and many farms have there own farm shops
