I thought they were sweet and fattening ;)

They looked as though they were covered in flaky pastry

Were they covered in cabbage?

I am glad you have found something you enjoy eating :ymhug:

Whatever it is, it is a fried food and exposed to air. It is oxidated and full of free radicals. It speeds up your biological ageing in addition to many other unhealthy thing. It may be nutritious and has fibre. But the damages it causes, are more than the benefits. One can overcome the damages by eating around the same amounts of fresh fruits and vegetables with it.

If I am not greedy one bowel of this fruit salad a day will be more than enough for me. But I eat two bowels daily and one organic whole grain meal or organic peanut butter with organic tahini and organic honey with my own made organic bread.

Lol, if I eat the same quantity of fruits than Londoner, I spend my life in W.C.

Btw, I never feel healthy in no meat Fasting. Quite tired and grumpy.

No, certainly not. But when you go to bath, you feel you have a sort of diareaoh for a few days. After that every thing becomes normal. This didn't happen with fruits, it happened with kimchi.
